My bad.. I thought I had read this entire thread.. but I didn't realize that this was a "KNOWN" bug that ANYBODY can duplicate.. SO.. just to make sure I understand this correctly.......

1. EVERYONE can "EXPLOIT" this code..

2. the reason you are slandering VAST and FIKU is because they are the ONLY people who are using this "EXPLOIT".. EVEN THOUGH you yourself COULD make the better rifles.. guns.. weapons.. you don't.. because you are more "HONERABLE" then that???????? BULL @#$%unless this world has suddently changed.. and 99.9% of the people are more honorable....

3. So.. this KNOWN exploit... THAT EVERYONE COULD USE.. but 99.9 percent of you HONORABLE weaponsmiths don't.. (that's why you can't create guns of the same quality).. YOU feel that this exploit is giving them an unfair advantage.. (I can understand that).. but.. if it is and exploit.. and everyone knows it.. Why hasn't it been "FIXED".. Why hasn't there been "PUNISHMENT".. and again.. how is it that a CSR would still think it's OK.. (again.. they might not know everything.. but considering the amount of slander that's going on.. I am pretty sure VAST is known throughout the SWG community.. and the actual developers too.. BUT YET.. it's still not fixed in a bug patch?? I guess I am naive... I am sure SWG's programmers don't care about a exploit that is SOOOO wrong.. (MAJOR SARCASM)

4.. As for me starting a flame war.. UM.. this was 4 pages long before I got here..and the flames have been directed at VAST (though.. more ofthrough SUBTLE innuendo..) But.. since I dare question the 99.9 percent of those weaponsmiths who are HONORABLE.. I am starting the flame war... I feel soo ashamed.. (again.. dripping with sarcasm)

5.. You didn't happen to mention the idea of me asking a DEV to come see the process and get their word.. I wonder why that is???.. IS it because the 99.9 percent of people who aren't using it are upset because they can't... and they are mad that the DEV's haven't "FIXED" it.. or even said that this was in fact and EXPLOIT??? Hmmmm......

Everyone cannot exploit it atm because not everyone knows about the exploit.

We are more honorable than that and have put our reputations on the line to stop this. We do not wish to see another game failed because there is simply no point in playing it for new players.

All master weaponsmiths that began around the same time will generally produce the same quality. They have access to the materials they've built up over time. Not everyone has these resouces. There is no way for a CSR who doesn't understand weaponsmithing mechanics to know what the maximum stats for a weaopn can be. The devs are working on a fix atm.

We have invited Fiku and Vast to post many times on these forums. They have refused although we know they do read them. I am surprised to see one of their defenders posting here after so much information.

We have already asked the Devs and they are currently trying to fix the problem as it is becoming widespread. We are hopeful that every exploiter will be banned.

Vast is guilty of exploiting and so is Fiku. As for Vast however, he did not sell these guns cheaply. He marked them as krayt and sold them at 100k a pop. Fiku on the other hand did massive damage to the krayt and weapon markets by pumping out thousands of these weapons for 20k and below. Do you even wonder why now that there are so many posts of people selling krayt?

Not to forget that long before this Vast has been a less than honest player so finding him able and willing to use an exploit is no leap. He sold sliced guns on his normal vendors and never identified them as such. He also sold weapons early on with power-ups and no notice that they had power-ups equipped, this was before they patched so you could see power-ups on the weapons. He is a dishonest player from day 1 and he wont even come forward to dispute it.

Both him and Fiku hid behind their uneducated fanbois and refused to discuss this issue, instead they let their fanbois dream up some grand theory that it was the man trying to hold back lesser smiths. Tell Vast to come dispute the facts himself and to quit hiding behind your skirt. As to Fiku good riddance to bad trash he ran before the developers could look into him to deeply.

When he was being "LESS" then "HONORABLE" by putting sliced weapons on his vendor.. DID HE MARKET THEM AS UNSLICED?? or were you a DUMB@A$$ and ASSUMED they were???

When people did talk to him DID he (OR DID HE NOT) put up a "sliced weapon" vendor?? Since he has done that... HAVE YOU EVER FOUND A SLICED WEAPON PUT ON THE UNSLICED VENDOR??? (and if you say YES.. you are a liar).

As for me being a fan boui... (or however the "cool" way is of spelling that) how is it.. the only people complaining about vast are the "fanbouis" of the other weaponsmiths?? Hmm... A little bit hypocritical? Hm... But don't worry your pretty head too much over that.. I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself...

As for why they don't post here.. why should they.. ?? YOU JACK@^%@# have made FIKU quit.. and almost made Vast quit.. but I told him.. if he ever does decide to quit .. he should unload his weapons sooo cheaply that you crybabies will not have the ability to overcharge for at least a year..

now back to more constructive posting... It seems to be a consensus that whatever Vast is doing is "exploiting" the game. Right? well again.. how long have there been complaints? How is it that not a SINGLE person (inside of the game.. csr..developer.. ANYBODY) has ever talked to Vast about it? By the way this board has been flamed.. you would think.. that this was the END of SWG.. And yes.. I saw the developer post about they are looking into it.. AND I hope they do.. SOON.. so that those people who need more cheese in their diet can shut up.

See there is this thing called a good faith transaction. If his character was so low as to sell sliced weapons it just shows what a dirtbag he is. I never bought anything from him, never will, just came across his second rate weapons doing some sliceing for friends. Guapo is my supplier and an honest/classy guy.
