A CSR replied to one of my tickets saying there will be a formal announcement when it is fixed but he said there is no eta as of yet 
What do u think there saving it for the combat/skill professions revamp ??? Hmmmmmm

Well regardless what people think it is a fairly simple fix they are just to lazy to run the proper queries, Because the data base was updated to include a serial # in publish 9. All they have to do is run a query that looks for all Stabilizers that have null in the data feild and update it with a serial # and just increment it for a quick fix.

Well, i just got something back regarding the barrel.
Just a little background.
I lost a bag of resources and had sent several tickets to CSR's. The last one was replied to by the CS Supervisor. He left me his email incase i needed to contact him(since he closed my ticket). So i thought hey, i will email him about the Barrels instead of sending another ingame ticket. So i emailed him about it and today i got this response today.

components is not something that Customer Service can fix. This
is a known issue to development and they will repair the problem as
soon as possible. This is happening with other components, as
well, which should be fixed at the same time.

Now I found something wrong with this. It says that the development team knows about this issue and are gonna fix it as soon as possible. (im wondering how long asap means to them.....1 month....2 months...etc.)
Ok, Now how long has this been an issue, a little over 2 weeks now. Now, this is probably the last thing on there list since they are doing so much **edit** with Jedis right now. I think they should FIX other issues BEFORE adding new things into the game. Us Weaponsmiths have been waiting quite awhile now for this fix, which we still have yet to see. It should not take long at all to fix. /endrant

Isnt it amazing that we have a customer service team that doesnt seem to really have the power to do anything other than reply to tickets!
