Was curious with the FS branches of speed/accuracy, How much more speed/acc will i need from tapes to be caped?.

With master swordsman, master brawler, and fs speed you will be speed capped with a +3 tape.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the cap is still 95 with accuracy, so master swordsman master brawler, fs accuracy should bring youwell pastcapped accuracy as well.

At master swordsman you have 100 accuracy, but with the -45 rng mods on scklay hammers you should ideally strive for a accuracy of 125, which is the cap if I remember correctly.

I don't think there is a cap on accuracy except for standard rules like sea's benefits max out at +25 accuracy and then you can add on food bonuses, master brawler bonuses, fs melee accuracy bonuses, and squad leader bonuses.

It's actually only 3. You get 80 with M-Swords and M-Brawler the FS gives you +12. You max out at 95.

ya theres a cap....when ur saber is 1.0 modded speed then ur speed capped. no cap on acc though

Are you completly sure about that?
I have a scatter pistol and when I use a tactical grip I get a modded speed of 0.89.. with a doc adrenal boost I can barely press the buttons fast enough, only issue I have is the 112 Sac on it and my action drains like mad 
To achieve that modded speed I was MBH/MPistoleer using a -32% speed tactical grip. Which I no longer am or I'd post a screenshot of it
