I wouldn't worry.
You're not on the same server => not going to PvP against it
You're not going to see it on the trade forums/for sale => not going to compete against it
You're playing a game => Although you find it very intriguing mostly you won't be able to beat it so stop worrying.
Tho I don't see why it should be a big secret if it was all due to pre/post-cu components
/shrug
No one is worrying they are just answering the OP's question!

Im gonna say this one more time...HARD CAPS!! Second you have had some of the best weaponsmiths in all the galaxies post an explanation why this could not be done. But apparently all the combat people suddenly seem to think you all know more about crafting weapons then we do!

If the speed was capped then how was it crafted like that.

The speed is slower than the cap which isnt possible therefore an alternative to how normal crafting is done was used. I wont use the e-word but until you spend years as a weaponsmith I wouldn't argue with us.

What if there was a critical assembly when using high damage bones?
To get this Hammer even with a critical assembly and high end bones is still impossible. It would require about 30 exp. points. Plus there is no way possible to SAC cap a Hammer with Acklay bone.

Seriously...
I don't know how much more obvious it has to be.
The hammer was*edited for Summerflame* (probably more than once) with *edited for Summerflame*.
This isn't rocket science. It's simple math. Addition, subtraction, division, even multiplication!
Take our word for it... you won't achieve those stats without photoshop or paying out for server transfers.

The link has been removed from this post so I cant comment myself, but some very respected Weaponsmiths has said this was exploited and their words are good enough for me and should be good enough for the OP.
For those of you descriebing how to exploit weapons like this could I please ask you to edit your posts as there is no reason to spread the info further.
Thanks
