Thread: How is it possible to make one of these (link inside)?
I'm pretty sure this hammer was made just after the CU, and correct me if i'm wrong. But I thought weapons didn't have caps for a short while...
Even if i'm wrong. Its still possible with pre-cu legendary components. There was once a flamer made by someone that used all legendary components. pre-cu, it was 0.1 speed, and some decent damage. Just make a hammer post-cu with legendary comps, and bam. there ya go..

There is no way possible to get stats like that, 476 base DPS / 82 SAC on a power hammer is just NOT possible.
oh sure it isnt....just because its never been done before doesnt mean its IMPOSSIBLE.....thats a nice hammer...and its sliced..NOTE that its SLICED.....if these stats were pre slice, id be suspicious......god damn every one of u who says "omg that weapons got better stats then what i have....it MUST be exploited"
Ok here's the deal, the pre-slice speed theoretically is 1.88 that is dividing 1.81 by .96 (1.00-.04=.96). There is just no way you can craft a PH with 82 SAC with that damage, SAC, and cubes. The only way I know of to SAC cap a hammer is to use Cubes, that limits the components to about -14 SAC (maybe -15) and +30 _maybe_ +40 damage on solidifiers. Slap those into a core and you cant get the speed low enough.

QFE. Any weaponsmith worth his salt knows that. If you don't, you really can't have much practical experience.

i have a hammer made from a 222 ackley bone it was like 1172 max damage like 2.8 speed maybe and 114 sac...if they used like a 900 bone and experimented only in sac maybe it would happen...so anyone seen a 900 damage bone![]()
ummm i take it that is without a slice... sigh...
ws made it wrong. you take the 222 damage bone. and you experiment all into SAC then damage or speed depending on what you want more. but it looks like your WS just experimented into damage. and yo u dont do that with a 222 damage bone. you want to get the SAC as low as possible then experiment in damage. And then get a damage slice.
Before slice this hammer would have been 1.89 speed 556-1098 damage. Best SAC capped Hammer I have made was 997 max and 2.84 speed. That was made with the best resources to have spawned on Intrepid. Starting % on core and hammer were 29%. Used -14 SAC red cubes and 24 damage paste. Only way possible to cap SAC is using red cubes. For me it would require paste in the 125 ish damage area(Beyond Legendary). Even with legendary Acklay Bone this isnot possible. Experimenting full SAC on the Hammer using an Acklay bone will not hit cap. Then comes the speed, cant personally think of any way possible to get speed that low with SAC capped and damage this high.
If I had to guess, multiple exploits were used to get these stats.
You're not on the same server => not going to PvP against it
You're not going to see it on the trade forums/for sale => not going to compete against it
You're playing a game => Although you find it very intriguing mostly you won't be able to beat it so stop worrying.
Tho I don't see why it should be a big secret if it was all due to pre/post-cu components
