So, this guy is a great, respectable smith.

But he's dumb enough to put his last experimentation into HAM instead of durability?

Too stupid to even put a scope on what would be the most powerful weapon on the server?

But, his stupidity isn't really the most damning evidence. It's the minimum damage.

If the minimum damage of his FWG5s are 64, even with a 35% slice, the minimum damage could only reach 86.

Currently, there are no known enhancements whatsoever that increase minimum damage, and I firmly believe that there still is not such an enhancement in the game.

Currently, however, there are *two* known exploits to increase weapon damage. The slicing exploit (slicing a weapon more than once) and the krayt schematic exploit (making a schematic with a Krayt tissue in such a way that it no longer requires the krayt tissue, so you can make as many as you want without ever needing a tissue). Neither of these exploits have yet to be confirmed by developers as fixed.

Hearsay does not matter to this community. We don't know whether or not Intrepid Weaponsmiths are credible or intelligent. What matters to us is screenshots and proof. "He said she said" means nothing. The fact that this Weaponsmith, to me, seems naive and unintelligent, and on top of that, is too afraid to share publicly the means of crafting his weapon, shows that he's got something to hide.

I hate to do it, but from what I see, he's guilty until he proves himself innocent.

I'm not a weaponsmith, so I can't defend Yaman, I don't know what he used to make it. I do know that Iduno has shown himself to be upright an honest in all his endeavors, so if he says that what Yaman told him is possible, I believe it. I know that's not good enough for you guys, but I don't have the details so I can't defend Yaman. You can claim he exploited, but you can no longer claim that the gun does not exist.

Have we ever had a confirmed example of projectile barrels ever being more than 5 10 10 or whatever?

I mean, saying "he might have found some new uber loot drop that no one else in the game has ever heard of" is sort of ridiculous. That just opens up a whole new world of exploiting. "Oh no, this 3000-4000 0.0 Scatter wasn't made with exploits, he just found some uber drop that was never heard of before and he won't post what it is!"

If he posts the stats of the dropped component he's using, then I'll think otherwise. But honestly, if he had found some uber-loot projectile pistol barrel, what reason would he have to hide it? Showing a screenshot of the component does not show where it came from or the methods used to acquire such a component. Moreover, why would he show itto anotherWeaponsmith -- his primary competition -- but yet be too afraid to show it to anyone else? Just doesn't make sense.

We could go on end trying to be righteous and holier-than-thou and keep opening up the possibility of this uber-loot-no-one-has-ever-seen, but the fact of the matter is, it's more likely to be an exploit than a genuine drop. So if you're hopping around too afraid to tell the general public what's going on, people are more likely to think you're an exploiter.

I retract my above statement, I was wrong -- there are reports of dropped barrels above 5/10/10.

Oh we know the gun exists... there is no doubt about that (even though your link is broken).

And we will continue to believe he exploited until he comes forward and tells what he used. AGAIN I will state that the discrepancy has to do with the MINUMUM damage which is set at about 130 points ABOVE the normal minimum. So how do you explain that? The only way would be with and Uber projectile barrel like Easymcrhino stated and I am talking UUUUBBBBEEERRRR!!! (Notice the BEER part)

How hard would it be for him to come out and say.. I used an exceptional looted pistol barrel drop for the gun ? (Assumption warning : Note : since it IS exceptional its VERY unlikely that he will see ANYTHING of this caliber) So again ... WHY will he not say what he is using? What is he worried about if he did NOTHING wrong?

i just got ahold of the pick from another thread and i can say a a profecinal Graphic Artestthat the screen shot has not been tampered with and that this gun dose indeed have some truely INSANE states this dos not negate the posability of an exploit one way or another i want to know

I cannot say why Yaman won't tell anyone. If it is an exploit then why haven't any other weaponsmiths used it? I know some won't exploit, but out of all the master weaponsmiths in the game, some of them would use it. I doubt he'll come here and post what he used. Exploit or no there has been nothing like this before.

Well I do know you can double slice a gun. That's a fact. I dunno how, but it's possible.
Uber barrels, I guess that's a fact too if others can confirm that, I cannot.
Uber feeder. Possible too I guess. Highest I've seen was +27.

Oh, there have been plenty of weapons way above what is otherwise possible, otherwise we wouldn't even know about the slice or krayt exploits.

The thing is, most of them aren't stupid enough to post on their server boards to brag about it. The smart ones probably wouldn't tell a soul, and keep their exploits to themselves and their close friends. The last time someone advertised guns that were, without a doubt, utterly impossible to craft in that sort of amount, it earned the attention of Taurin, CSR staff, and three 8+ page long threads about the ordeal.

I'm not saying that he *must* have exploited, but not stating how you did it is more damning to anything else you could do to represent your case. There just aren't that many reports of impossible-to-achieve weaponry because they catch so much attention from this community.

I'm pretty sure Yaman did it without an exploit, but who knows, I suppose. What I posted here for was to see if anyone else had made a better gun than this one, but if doing that requires exploiting in most cases, then I doubt anyone with a better gun would post.

I'm just happy this thing came out of my server. I'd love to own it, but I don't feel like dropping 1/2-3/4 of my total bank account to get it.

I've heard that Gorax drop new loots that add to projectile feed mechs though i'm not sure. maybe he used these loots (if they exist)?

btw, the title is disturbing to me. when i use +200 tissue, i'll not call other weaponsmiths who don't have tissues with that quality inferior to me.
