I suspect that with better armor and/or better chef items I could easily repeat this feat without the combat system changes (although of course this is hard to gauge).

Thats a Master Brawler skill and not a TKA skill, im a TKM without master brawler.

But maybe you should help the other melee profession correspondents getting some love for there professions, instead wasting your breath on getting us back to where we started at the begining.

But if you cant leave it then also make them change how quick we can gain XP specialy in the brawler part up to Novice TK, doing it at swordsman was a dam easy, with that mind ham specific hit, and a sword that has AP2 doing easily up to 1000 damage ahit.. with 2.5sp, im sure it can hit the speed wall with a few more speed mods up the tree.

Fencers are cutting trough us a bit it seems, but you know who realy needs you help.... *points at the pikemen* they do....

Your posts were way out of line. You gave faulty information about the alleged "overpowered" TKA profession. You posted a screen shot of a krayt that you allegedly soloed, which from what I read, even if you did solo it, whatever allowed you to solo it has now been changed (i think i got that correct).



You flaunted false information and pictures and called them "fact" on A PUBLIC FORUM, which just happens to be supporting a nerf on the TKA profession.



what has been ignored is that if you did solo a krayt (even with changes made) no TKA would have been able to do this.


Your master brawler skills no doubt came into play on a large level. You cannot say that TKA is overpowered when the only thing that allowed you to solo a krayt (and thus, make these claims) was your brawler skills.


Why do I not see you supporting a thread on nerfing brawlers because they are "over-powered" ???

It was not false that the things that I said I did under the HAM system are things that I actually did under the new HAM system. So what exactly are you referring to?

Unlike you, Heavy knows what his job as a correspondant is, and that does not include stirring up nerf criers and supporting bogus threads, and giving out non-existent information and leaving out critical facts.

Well first of all, if these charges were true they would have nothing to do with me saying something that was false but rather would be me hiding information which is something very different.

In actuality though I did not hide the fact that I did this came under changes that were on TC and were yanked. I made this very clear and in fact I think we've already discussed this rather adequately in this very thread. I was not claiming, as many insinuate here, that my solo'ing of a krayt and a giant kimo indicated that TKA's were overpowered. I have already discussed exactly the contexts where this arose. I suggest you reread this as well as my original comments.

Because a lot of people are curious about why that system got yanked and this is relevant.

Because once I mentioned this in an off-hand manner and made it clear that this was with respect to the yanked HAM system, several people asked me about it and challenged that I had actually done this and I was willing to spend some time to elaborate.

I sure hope all the other random people crying nerf and scimming through your post understand the exact context in which you were talking because otherwise you have done the teras kasi community a great disservice in spite of your original intentions.

i still love how the dood never answered my question...

if tkas are over powered how come with a pair of 140 damage vk's i can hit for like 300 damage normal attack and up to 1k with uahit3

but with brawler 2 handed 2 i can hit with a curved two handed sword for 1k normal attack and up to 1200 because it hasnt gone any higher than that yet with 2 handed hit 2?

then after he answers he can stick his head up his own butt and fart to clear the sinuses

I cannot be held accountable for every possible manner in which a person might read something I post out of context. If a person is simply unable to understand the context and content of my posts then that is their problem but not a problem for the TKA community. Especially when I made the context of these solo's abundantly clear when I mentioned them!

Far from it being me at fault for somehow failing to mention that I use master brawler skills to solo large creatures or that this was using a different HAM system, it is posters who have taken my comments about these solos completely out of context that have created the debacle we have here.

The fifth post in this thread said all that needed to be said. Could you not have simply recognized the situation at point and left off or even *gasp* apologized?
