hav ur a dumb kid. When damage is alrdy reduced 75% which leaves TKM's doing prolly around 400 without armor and then on top of that everyone wears a set of 80% kin armor, that sure doesnt leave us doing much damage. If u ask me heat dmg will make things a bit more balaced. Also meditate is handy not overpowered...

It's too bad heat dmg is just as resistant as kinetic damage on composite armor.

I would even say take AP off knuckers if they could be made with any damage type.

Also - restraint isn't a normal type of damage, most high level enemies have 5% resist to restraint, not only would TKM's be absolute Gods against higher spawns with that type of damage, normal armor doesn't even protect against it. You have the VK, you have the razor knuckler (what is that, heat? elec? I've heard both), you are already very powerful at master without a weapon.
You guys have no right to bug the devs about perfecting your professions when others are nearly obselete.
i agree with you on TKA's should not get new damage types. however i have heard getting the components for the black sun knuclers will be very hard keeping these knucklers rare and for the rich.

I'm getting flamed because you guys can't solo anything in the game?
I can't touch a nightsister elder with any of my 3 weapon types, she has 100% resist to stun, electricity, and kinetic, the 3 damage types I use. Am I going to say that it needs to be changed? No, I find a swordsman or someone with a damage type that can hurt it, and besides, once it is damaged enough the 100% resist DOES go down and you can hit it with other types of weapons.
TK is an UNARMED fighting profession, and now you want more weapons? Please...

TKMs do fine as tanks... and we do do great in soloing most anything. but the most common resist for npcs and playersis kin so why not give us an alt dmg type so were not left completely helpless against stuff that does have high kin resist. Almost every other prof gets a few diff damage types why not give us some.

You know, instead of yelling "OMG NERF JOO TKAs," wouldn't it be more constructve to ask the Devs to fix your profession(s)?

the only thing i dont think is fair is that TK has only 1 damage type when almost all other profs have alot of different damage types to choose from..i mean i wouldnt mind some cold damage here or there...

We DO need a different damage type, beacuse mostly of the player base. Have you SEEN most of the PvP composite?! 80% kinetic! 80%!!! Do you know much that negates our attacks? We might as well be throwing marshmellows at the guy. Also, it is our board...not yours, we have a right to voice our concerns, just like you have your right to voice your opinion on YOUR board, without other professions coming in saying what we can, and can not do.

Since they are dumping mind damage think of this new restraint damage as a replacement. Stop saying tkm are overpowered we are not, fencers are, we are balanced until the mind dmg nerf, then we will need something new.
