the jedi on scylla just group up with 3 or 4 other jedi and run around.
i just saw a naked wookiee take down a Dark Jedi Knight and only lose 300 mind and minor wounds.
i have a stacker template right now and ranged professions only hit me with 10% of their shots. i use 60%+ stun PSGs and usually have master musician/dancer buffs.

yeah.. cuz jedi always fight alone... they never have gank squads with them
On Eclipse it used to be packs of 4 lightsidejedi, armor just made sure you died faster. Most of these jedi have quit or left the FRS by now though and PvP is starting to slowly make it's way back.
My fondest memory is managing to stand together with a TKM friend of mine for 2 minsagainst these 4 after they had just destroyed the other 8 people in our group in less than 30 s. Being used as a wishbone by 4jedi still hurts though, all my bars were nice and white when they were done with me

Wait... you were pvping in non-stun armor without a psg against a fencer who obviously had a good acklay baton, and you are wondering why you got smoked? Bro, this will sound harsh but, have you been living under a rock? If you aren't wearing stun composite or dont at least have a PSG equipped, you're just another body for a fencer to rip through in about 7 hits...

He didn't get ripped apart by a stunbatton, those things are highly overrated anyway, he was beaten by DOT's.
I've had stunbattons do 11 points of damage on little unarmored me before it was mitigated by PSG and synth, after that he did all of -1 damage

I was fighting a guy with 900dammage stun baton(600 dammage bones) and he did about 40-50 dammage on me when I intimidated him, used 48% psg and 38% stun composite. The unarmed toughness really helps too

I did expect to win because i had my CM friend healing ALL my pools including mind...
What i didn't expect was that the poisons and the diseases hit so badly... as i said, after checking the log.. hit per hit i had the better part....
I understand that i made many mistakes that led to my decimation, like.. not knowing what happened when my life was draining FAST!!! I did stick all possible states... although i didn't have a DOT.. we do not have DoTs that i am aware of...
So i got waster... i just hoped that i would have made some damage because for some reason his life was 100% when i died... fair??? what happened there?? what did i do wrong... if i got the better part as far as hits go... was he healing himself??? i sort of not see that he was healing himself.... If i hit him for 200 points why didn't his life drain a single bit?????

Lol, I happen to know -Carnage-, and it is no wonder that he beat you. He is a well known defense stacker and is pretty well experienced in PvP.

I had a Combat medic friend healing me all the time...
This guy had duelist and was using a stick... stun baton???
Any of my moves didn't do anything.. I intimidate/i knocked him down/dizzy and started mind hit... mind hit... NOTHING MOVED FROM HIS MIND BAR!!!!! ok... NOw .. what did i do wrong??? his hits would remove 1500 health EASY!!!!! my friend was MEGA HEALING ME and i didn't move ONE mm of his HAM...
Please HELP!!!! this is my first PvP actually and got WIPED!.
I WAS FULLY BUFFED
My health bar was around 2600HAM and his was 3700HAM
I had steak and brandy... im stunned...
I dont get it.
He also poisoned me... BLA BLA BLA...
His name is Carnage.

His life wasn't draining becuase you are looking at the damage numbers from the combat logs, these show damage before armour, miitigation, toughness etc. The actual damage done to him will float above his head. And you did not damage him becuase, of his 80 - 90% kinetic armour, fencer toughness, melee mitigation 3, and presumably synthsteak. This will reduce your damage hugely, and his dots will kill you long beofre you do any kind of real damage. However when he was hitting you with his baton, your armour did not protect you, and neither did your unequipped psg. The only thing that would protect you would be your tka toughness, but i am guessing that he has a very good baton.
Dont you just love dot filled skilless pvp!!

Kinetic isn't that bad in PvP. Most composite has the same resistance to blast, cold, electricity, heat, and acid that it does to kinetic.
Fencers aren't that great even with stun batons. You forget, stun batons do less damage than a VK. A good VK is maybe 50-200 damage, but add your +250 damage bonus and you are doing 300-450 damage. A stun baton rarely comes even close to that. Also, stun batons are AP0 which means against AR1 PC armor their damage is cut in half. That means that composite with 40% stun resistance and 80% kinetic resistance blocks 80% of damage to both a VK and a stun baton.
If a Fencer is outdamaging you then you're not adequately protected.

Yeah i got owned... but what i would like is to learn to do better next time.. tips are welcomed...
I had my 80% kinetic armor.... But... the poisons where really the ones that got me going nuts!!!
