sorry to bump this if you guys want it dead... just want to make sure it has been seen by anybody who might like it... n'Jessi, if you hate the idea and don't want to push it, let me know..
it actually is not all about wookiee flightsuits, but more schematics for tailors... when JtL hits it is possible that all the crafting professions will get new things so that they can contribute... odds are any additions will not actually have anything that applies to JtL directly (or profits off its "space economy")... this is something the tailors should be thinking about now, rather than after it hits...
you can bet the new species will bring about changes and additions to your schematics, but that doesn't mean you can't ask for more... more variety of flight gear... race specific clothing (rodians, bothans, mon cals, trandos, wookiees - many items cannot be worn by these)... more headwear - tailored helmets, not just hats (maybe even cowboy hats - for the rangers)... eh, you get the idea...
i'd like to post a link herein theJtL forum (obvious application, they talk about flightsuits a lot there), and the core systems forum (dealing with racial aspects)... let me know if that idea disagrees with you..

whether the developers decide to take us up on this by creating a new schematic or by tweaking an old schematic, i do not mind... but i would like to see some sort of "space suit" for wookiees, preferably not made from wood...
i know that this is not necessarily your fight, tailors... but i hope you will back me up on this... n'Jessi, maybe you can look passed my ranger background and pass this on to the devson behalf of all the "wookiees in space"
I agree with this all the way. If they tweaked some old schems or made some new ones for wookiee's, we tailors could make a lot more money, and it would also benefit the wookiee's, by allowing them to have more clothing options, which their's are very limited at the time.

wookies commonly just dont wear clothing... as far as the books and such are concerned clothing is mainly a means of identifying clan members and status.
anyway... I'd like to see a whole set of space orientated clothing.. from various flight suites to helmets. Currently you have flight suites that cant be altered, at least from what ive seen, and it would be cool to have tailors create a generic flight suit and alter its colors and such just like any other clothing.

haha, you know?... i'm actually all for that idea... you can make it required wear for all wookiees who wish to work for the empire... heh, it'd be nice to finally have some jewelry for wookiees, hehe...

I really want this too. I'm kinda bored with my clothes right now so a flightsuit would be very cool thing to wear!

me being twilek... would like to see some clothing on wookies dont get me wrong... but OMFG if I have to see another GIGANTIC PINK WOOKIE Imma kill someone... heck I'll kill all wookies if that happens... I see like 3-4 on Tarquinas server almost CONSTANTLY I ask them why they want that color and they say, "Hawtpants! Hawtpants! do my pink lil naked dance!" then again it was the same guy on all accounts but you can see where Im going with this... and seriously we need more wook style clothing cause I seriously dont wana have to wait in line for buffs with a wookie RIGHT behind me and have to feel something pokin my back...

my alt?... no way... i'm not exactly sure why i don't have one, but i think half of it would be the principle of the thing, and the other half would be that i'm cheap and broke, heh...
regardless, looks like somebody one-starred us (on multiple threads.. grr)... lets see if i can get you back up to where you belong...
if anybody disagrees with these ideas, i wish they would post... opinions out rank the rating system...

As creator of the successful petition for Wookiee armor on the old development boards, I say Wookiee flightsuits are a must in JTL.
