I love how mitigation made the strongest overall even stronger, then screwed the 2 weak prof.'s

LOL right to the point, i respect that. the sad part is that it is a real question that needs anwsering. what was the dev's aim with this one? if anybody have a vaiable theory please do share because this is a mystery to me to what was this weapon's intended use were.

My theory is they added it just so they can say they added something that adressed issues, without putting any real thought into it....What issues i don't know, they probably don't either, but thats what their probably thinking.
Now we are thinking "OMG! What a waste of time?!?!"....The devs probably see this and realize we have a valid point so theymay be willing to make it more appropriate to make themselves look smarter ![]()
instead of putting in redundant weapons like this they should fix pistoleer.
i know it has nothing to do with swordsman but it's a real waste of programming power to put this crap in - and basically a time sync.
the creativity is lacking as well
Im all up for variety, but this hack just seems a little, sub-par to what we should be getting.
Although, some would still bother to head out to get this weapon, I doubt that many swordsman would actually find it useful!
We really need something that is different. I was very much dissapointed with the scyth only having kenetic damage, which only re-inforced our reluctance to participate in PvP, and the hack seems to be following the same trend.
Personally, I would be good to see the hack have the ability to bedifferent damage types, depending on which item you used to craft it. Therefore this weapon would become something that every swordsman would want because it gives them the options that we need and suit individual play styles
why not simply put it in the master skill box?
Imo we need more master level weaponry. I think just make it AP3, 5.4 speed (PH-like, as it's a huge axe) and min dmg and max dmg quite high to compensate for the slower speed with min and max close together. And good speed mods.
5.4 isn't really bad, cause when you get speed tapes for +93 you would be able to wield an AP3 weapon with high min max dmg (and not affected by mitigation) at 1 hit per second.
Perhaps making it another dmg type wouldn't be bad either, as now we have kinetic and blast, and I've seen several mobs resistant to both (100%).
In short: AP3, min max high and close together, master swordsman box, slower speed.

they are not getting a weapon that looks like htat
they are gettinga weapon taht is about 99-250 damage.not 400 damage. and if you realize Tka do not get affected by any fourm of mitigation. while we get hit with the full affect of it :/
they get like a 7% lower damage we get like a 50% lower damage.as with the other melee classes. but we get affected the most since our damage gap range is way to high
the reason this is is because of there damage ups that they get. and that is about 400 right there. then put on top of the 99-250 they would get from a knucler.
that is like a 499-650 weapon ap1 they are carring around. dont know if there max damage mod is 400 but i knwo its around that. but still if you mitigate that there damage wouldn't go any where. ir would just decrease to like 499-559 not much of a change at all. and that is why tkm's do not get affected by mitigation that much at all. so it doesn't matter if they get a new weapon or that is 1-300 they still wont get affected that much as the rest ofmelee does.
and think should be changed some how. and the only way i see it possible is by giving us a weapon that does like450-500 damage but for some reason i do not think this will ever happen

it is definately not in the 99-250 range unless yours epeaking pure default.. I have seena pic of onethat isnear 350sliced, add a powerup to that and its more. Thats quite insane especially given how fast TKA's are and their accuracy.
that aside as sum1 else said and as ive said the hack is just liek the Scyteh except worse damage....so whats the point of having it. There isnt any
and AP3 wont matter diddly for PvP.
we are the only melee proff that doe snot have a good dizzy yes we can dizzy but i think its the weakest of any class and harder to land
we also do not have a knockdown...we have to use a posture change and pray for a dizzy.
We also have the 2 worst damage types possible for PvP. Granted TKA's have kinetic too and nothing else, but they are much faster, have a huge myriad of attacks with stuns, dizzies, KD,s etc.I really think we could use a different damage type.
