i would rather see us get ap than tha sword.

but atm we can solo anything in the game (apart from the dwb) so i dont think we will get it.

/sign...I'd like a big honkin cloud cutter w/ ap 3. Doesn't have to have better stats than the hammer. It'd just be nice to have a sword option at master.

This isn't meant to be a flame, but take it as you will. Before you look for newer stuff look at what you have and what others dont. For example: pikemen got the NS lance, pistoleers got theGeo blaster and the DE-10, riflemen the Berserker and Tenloss, and you heavy swordsmen got the scythe and exe hack. Now, you may construde this as whining, but being a master fencer myself i think you asking for new stuff already is kind of rediculous. You want to make a petition to get new weapons when other classes including carbineer and fencer have gotten squat? It's just not really making a whole lot of sense to me. The Swordsman class as a whole is pretty powerful, you dont see fencers soloing canyon krayts do you? So be happy with what you have. And as a previous post stated, what you are asking for is pretty much already in your face, see scythe.

Master Fencer

Maybe if you were a master swordsman, you would understand. Fencers, in PvP, are already unstoppable, lets not even go there. You fencers need a sword as well, because fencing, well, has to do with swords. You fencers got one handed weapons, and if I was a fencer, I would petition for a new weapon, but im not. Carbineers, have carbines .... Swordsmen, do not have swords (that we can use at a master level effectively). Im trying to break down my point into a small view. We are swordsmen. Give us a sword to use!

If you are using a two-handed cleaver in PvP, you obviously arent doing well. If we are way overpowered, why is that all the uber PvPers dont use Swordsman skills? Why dont you duel someone with a cleaver, someone good. Tell me how you did.

You may have called it a sword, but you are really asking for a new weapon that would make you uber in both pve and pvp. I didnt bring up the pvp aspect just for that reason. You may think fencers are all pvp, but some dont. My argument is based upon the greedyness if your intended petition, not on the use of the weapon. You're probably correct in assuming the devs will never get wind, because it is a ludacris petition.

All im asking for is a weapon that actually has the name of our title, a sword. We do not have an effective weapon to use at master level. Pistoleers, riflemen, carbineers, teras kasi (getting one), pikemen, all have weapons that suit their style, their combat. We use a large blade (scythe) and a hammer.

Don't be greedy. We have 2 weapons above our novice level, we're lucky. Most don't have ANY! Who cares about our master box. Btw! The scythe is an effective weapon.
