fencers use swords. we really should be renamed to something else, like "super badass destruction people". or "hammerman" =). i love my PH, and my scythe. the rest of the swordsman arsenal can blow me. and to the "the scythe looks like a hacksaw" comment, you're retarded. saws have teeth. a sword is defined as weapon with a long blade. seeing as how the whole of the scythe is the blade, it is the epitome of what a sword should be.
i like the class as is, who cares about names? as long as can have my warrior title. =)

So some people are annoyed of this thread? You say you hear it all the time. Well, obviously the thread failed. The scythe is a nice weapon, but it is not a sword. The Two-Handed Cleaver can be called a sword, as can the Two-Handed Curved Sword. The Scythe is a large blade, not a sword. It doesnt even look like a sword. We are Swordsman. We deserve to have a sword we can use at the master level effectively. If I saw this kind of thread everyday, I would sign and keep bumping it, but the truth is, I havent really seen it. We need to keep getting this petition signed. Just look at the Pistoleers petition to get duel pistols. They got it. I think they had 1 more petition, and they got some answers. Come on Swordsman, I know you want a sword we can use. But you just dont believe well ever have it. We keep this thread bumped, maybe StGabriel will see it, then, he'll take it to Thunderheart, etc.... We just have to work.

We have3 swords, one is a cleaver, the other is the curved sword., and the scythe ( True, the scythe isn't very sword-like). There's not a whole lot of other swords they can make, it would just get repetitive.
AP3 is a dream whoever mentioned it...I doubt we'll ever see it, and honestly, if we did, we should probably get nerfed.
