How I beat TKM and their KD/Dizzy w/o master brawler......

-Get some nice kinetic armor

-Get enough med use skill to use curse state dizzy stim packs, alot of Docs out there who dont take advantage of this......

-Make a neat lil stand/curestatedizzy macro and spam it if you get KD/dizzied

-Hit them with mind bleeds and ride out the storm

With your armor on the tk will do piddly dmg.....and he cant pin you if youve got some doc skills....he'll be running from you....

thanks,

I think we should get a KD+dizzy.

-I would support keeping & balancing the current combat system.
But I get the feeling they don't care.

As master swordsman and master tk, i use tkmostly in pvp. the only time i really use swordsman is if someone is so armored and buffed up that i cant really dmg them with tk moves, in which case I bust out the big hammer and smack them in the head a few times. also i always use sword against other swordsman as a show of respect and because it's fun

Amazing, simply amazing . . .

Master Doctor, Master Swordsman

TKM's are fun to fight. Very simple with a swordsman really, just get you a good set of kinetic resist armor, spam bleed2 first off. Let them KD/Dizzy you all they want, cause at the time they are doing that, they are also eating there mind away by those horrid VK's. Your bleed kicks in once and their mind is gone, trashed to the lowest. I usually lay there a few more seconds, say something smart, get up, and area attack 1 as the move just look sweet for a closing move. You are now done.

Have a nice day.

Best adivice for fighting a tkm is don't sapm stand when kd'd. Hit /stand once and if you don't/can't get up wait and hit it again. If you keep spaming stand you'll stand up and and try to stand once standing(lame but it counts as posture change) and fall down beacuse you are dizzy. Just keep samcking the tkm with intimidate and warcry as well and don't use a hammer, due to melee mitigation and accuracy. I use a vibro ax against unarmored targets and a 2 hand cleaver against armored.

yep doc/swordsmen can beat a tka , but if he is stacking mods or has master brawler you can pretty much bet youll lose , fought a guildie of mine was fencer/tka/brawler highest my bleed hit for was like 120 vs all that melee defense i nearly beat him but i still lost all that stacking and war cry two , i could stack mods to but why? its being fixed soon, tkm's are a good fight but if you have cure dizzy abiliity youll win almost everytime , really wish we had a dizzy that was worth a crap id love to give tka a taste of thier own medicine

Hi, right now i am master swords master fencer master brawler 4/3/0/0 in TK and novice med. I picked this build because i had a good pve prof, which is ideal in non armour duels and jedi duels. I then picked up fencer for the stun weapon, but is this really worth it as the good pvpers are wearing their stun PSGS and have a spare set of stuncomp. Should i just drop master fencer keep the defense lines, pick up the pistol defenses and have a couple of med boxes. Would appreciate the help thanks.

Simple Formula to follow...

Swordsman + You + PvP = 90% chance of death

Fencer + You + PvP + 300dmg Stun Baton = You owning

= Happy you

Dont drop fencer, use fencer to kd/dizzy and, intim. use tka for stun. then pull out your hammer and eat their mind. Swordsman is effective is you use other profs to get the target ready to be bashed
