Please tell me how u expect ANY SL to play the game without spaming commands when that is required to play the toon effectively?
Can a TKM spma unarmed hit 3? Yes
Can a rifleman spma head shot? Yes
Can a fencer spam scatter hit 2? Yes
Can a dancer spam flourish?Yes
CAN A SL SPAM FORM UP? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all understand how the Squad Leader profession works and that the commands are done via public channels. A situation becomes disruption when commands are being spammed in heavily populated areas. An example of what is too frequent would be over 400 commands in a three minute time frame. If you think something may be construed as excessive, then it most likely is excessive and all we ask is for everyone to be considerate of others and not cause a disruption. If you refuse to comply with a CSR, you do risk having action taken against your account, ranging from a warning all the way up to account suspension or eventermination if the violation is serious enough.
So, with all of that said, please respect others and try to avoid doing something that is going to generate harassment tickets against you and possibly get you in trouble.
How many times can we use the Form Up command without it being deemed excessive and our SL getting kicked to 0,0 and being suspended?

This is a joke!!!! This CSR could not tell us what was acceptable and what was not! First he said once ever 30 secs was ok, any more frequent was not. Then he said once every couple of secs, now u say every 1.6 secs (do the math) Is ok?
Why would you prevent a profession from operating normally?
Do you do this TKM with unarmed HIt 3
Do you do this to Fencer with ScatterHit
Do you do this to dancer's with flourish?
Do you do this to CM's with poison?
Do you do this to ANY PROFESSION OTHER THAN SQUAD LEADER?????????????????????????????
WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH ARE YOU GOING TO SUSPEND A PLAYER FOR PLAYING THE GAME THAT HAS AN UNDESIRABLE EFFECT, I.E. SPAMMING?????? Do you think SL like the hate tells? Do you think we like the /spitting we get?
Come on now! Don't suspend peeps for poor game mechanics!!!!!!

bruce its hard enough to find good pvp these days with the devs nailing the coffin shut on the game. dont be silly and make us go to even less populated areas.

MY BAD brucey btw sabrinna is a guy would that help out with you coming into reality and knowing that because they played the game it was suppose to and being punished you might be fair... i mean hell isn't the he-she you type of ....

I'll have to agree with Biggens here. Its hard to go to a less populated area when the pvp is IN THAT AREA. Thats like saying "hey lets go over here so as not to disrupt anyone" There is supposed to be a GCW going on ya know.
To spam more than 400 commands every 3 minutes you'd need to be spamming 2.2 commands per second. I somehow doubt their bot was doing that, I also somehow feel that dancers/musicians spam many more than 400 commands per 3 minutes with their macros when buffing, yet they don't get banned. Just because Squad Leaders have a design flaw is no reason for them to be punished.
I'm not even on the same side as these people, yet I can see why they'd be upset.

As a fellow Squad LEader on Radiant, I have to agree that this is total bunk.
If the SL doing what a Squad LEader is supposed to do (at least the way it's designed) gets us banned, then I don't see why AFK-Merchant spammers can't get suspended for the same thing, or afk-buffbots, or any combat character who spams combat specials. If we're so disruptive, then don't force us to shout every special. It's not like we can help it. Every single special we have has a shout associated with it (except /rally, which noone really uses anymore).
Irott? Thoughts? Comments? Should this be one of our "mini-combat-revamp" items? I hate to waste it on something this stupid & trivial.

Hello folks, I feel I shouldchime in here and assure all of you that our CSRs do notsuspend or ban accounts for no reason. They do know how the game works and know how Squad Leader is played. The issue came about becuase we received a substantial number of compliants from the community about this particular player and the frequency of the profession commands being spammed (Yes I said spammed). They were being spammed so fast that it was actually lagging everyone in the area including our CSRs. This player was asking to find a less populated area and refused. The use of the SL commands was not what caused the suspension, it was theactions taken by this player afterthe factthat caused the suspension. You all do not know the whole story, and unfortunately, I can not tell it due to privacy reasons.
We are not sayingyoucan't use your SL abilities, we are only asking that if you are going to macro spam to gain experience points, please do it away from the major hubs in the game that will adversely affect hundreds of other players in a very negative way.
With that said, I am locking this thread as it serves no purpose other than to promote dis-information and negativity.
