im just he middle man here don't hate me just passing the info to you all. Anyways its obvious u all screwed up in this case and you can't even give anyone an answer on the topic. This is a 9 page thread and you are avoiding it in every manner because you all are wrong. This could have been easily answered and taken care of but your lack of customer service and your lack of care for your clients is a crock of **edit** from your help lines to your in game CSR's to your little Help chat you got going on. Get your **edit** together and quit taking people's money.

New update:
Tonight we had a very large battle in theed, approximately 17 vs 14 give or take!
The fight took place in the theed starport. SLr's were involved on both sides.
In the middle of the fight, both SL'rs were kicked from the game and both received the following email!

This absolutely, without a doubt, BLOWS MY MIND.
How in God's name can anyone at SOE justify punishing PAYING CUSTOMERS for using developer-implemented game tools? Squad leaders using the 'form up' command are using what they are paying their 14.99 a month for. It is not THEIR fault it comes with a yelled battlecry. If using their earned skills is something that is going to get them suspended or even warned - which, in my estimation, is nothing short of ludicrous - then the implementation of these skills needs to be revised. Period.
How dare you punish the customer, and then insult us by telling us it was warranted.
And in case anyone's wondering, no, I'm not a SL. The link to this thread was posted in the dancer forums. Word is getting out.
This game is making me more and more bitter. There are times when I just shake with rage at the helplessness I feel, because this game had so much potential and the developers- and the CSR's - are driving it into the ground, piece by tiny piece.
One more thing - whoever used the 'it's just a game' argument, stuff it. That is not an argument at all. Besides the fact thatthis 'mere game'is costing this person 14.99 a month, not to mention the initial $30-50 for the software, a game stops being just a game when there are real people involved.

"holy cow" said the flying pig man !!!. that is just about the most rediculous thing ever. i wonder if all those afk crafters and merchants get the same email.. i guess not cuz they are there every day. why dont we ban those spam advertise bots also. /sigh just another kick in the last few teeth remaining of the gcw
on a sub note: i know ji-ne in game. he mastered commando last summer when that professions was severely broke !!!1 it takes a lot toruin his cheerios. this is just so wrong

Your failure to answer the one simple question here and not explain yourselves just cost you a $30.00 a month most likely, indefinately since this individual has ben playing since launch and loved the game.
How many other accaounts have been cancelled for similar reasons? I know of two others, just today due to the jet pack crafting issue in the DWB. Failure to respond to your player base is absolutley not acceptable!
Anyways, before we got to far off topic, once again SOE, can anyone please give the SL community a definate answer to the following question?
What is an acceptable amount of usage of the SL commands on any server, in any city, on any planet, at any time during the day that will NOT result in a warning, suspension, banning, or teleporting to 0.0.?

What all squadleaders should do, at the same time, on every server, is to form 2 man groups in coronet, and "support" fistfight duels between their buffed chef in composite armor with the awesome formup command.
Just to be sure, spam it like you would spam the most powerful skill of any other combat group.
Then check back here to compare note on if the csr's treat it the same as some obviously do.
Either way heads would roll..

I posted this link in the Dancer Forum. I was going to post them in all the forums but saddly my account on the forums was banned before I could. Spamming my complains they call it.
Heh It has been a long time since I was this mad about Squad Leader. If My Squad Leader was not the Guild Leader account I would go to Theed and Spam Form up in Duels all day long. This is a joke beyon a joke.
