retreat works for 20 seconds. there is no need to macro that. if you do you set it at /pause 21; (compensate for lag spikes)

This happened today on Radiant! This is the EXACT THING AND ALMOST THE EXACT SPOT that Sabrinna was in when she was banned! There is one difference, this SL was AFK, Sabrinna was not! Now we have a SS of EXACTLY what Sabrinna was doing, and Where she was when she was banned!
Either this SL needs to get banned (Which will solve absolutely nothing and only infuriate the player base) Or Sabrinna needs to get unbanned!

I dont even know anyone who this involves (im like the only sl on corbantis) but as i understand, this happened a few months ago too and it was supposedly stopped. Now its beginning again. i find the fact (i read every last post on here 
) that this is happening deeply disturbing.

All i want is a definitave answer and I am done with it! Not to much to ask.
In case the Devs CSR's or whoever forgot the question is:
WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE, AND WILL NOT RESULT IN A BAN, SUSPENSION OR WARNING FOR A SL TO DO ANYWHERE IN GAME AS FAR AS THE COMMANDS ARE CONCERNED AS FAR AS THE FREQUENCY?
If you all want to limit the SL specials and commands just come out and say what is acceptable!
Also, please make sure it applies to AFK spammer, dancers, musicians, surveyors and everyone else.
Heck might as well apply to all professions, limit when any profession can use a special.
What about a COB macro, is that OK too?
Sounds ridiculous? Not anymore than a SL spamming the specials when the group is in combat and getting banned!
Simple enough or it should be.
as far os those that are gonna flame stating that "well other professions specials don't cause the spamming affect in spatial" Well don't blame a SL for poor mechanics and a design issue when the profession, when used PROPERLY results in this.

And therin lies the rub.
When this SL spamming topic came up before, it was about the player spamming /steadyaim. /Formup works instantly... and if you get hit with a dizzy/stun again you have to use /formup again. This type of skill is a very big wall for me to get around in my profession design document... they are great skills but how do you get them to be useful but not just spammable?

2 ways wouldsuffice
-let formup last 30 secs, this would result in the 30 sec delay between spams.
- eliminate the spatial from all SL commands.
Seems simple enough, however SL will have to take a chance on warnings, suspensions and/or bannings for doing nothing more then playing the profession.
No matter how u look at it all sabrinna was doing was playing the profession.

Oh the fix for what this post is in reguards to is allready in the works. Im talking about new skills to be added in the revamp.
For example, a skill like a group force of will that makes the entire group come out of incap. This is pretty powerful, so I thought that it would be restricted much like the real force of will to a time limit.
BUT...
There are skills like /formup which are not that powerful and don't really deserve that much of a penalty.
I do like the 30 second delay though.

Dunno about a 30 sec delay. Seems too long. Perhaps formup should cure the state and then have a resistance modifier for 10 sec and then you can use it again at 15. So, immediate cure, 10 seconds of higher resitance, 5 sec of vulnerability and then you can cure it again.
