What actually happened doesn't really matter. The fact that the CSR somehow believed the SL in question was spamming obscene numbers of SL commands is what matters. It seems most people here are upset that Squad Leaders are once again getting in trouble for spamming our abilities. But this isn't the case. A single player was punished for spamming 17 commands a second, not for SL-related spam.
You can, of course, be upset if you believe the CSR was incorrect and that the player was indeed not being unreasonable in his ability use. But do not tie this event to the previous incidents involving SL spam.
But if the csrs claims of 17 per second, do not have merit(which can probably easily be checked via game logs, along with whether or not he was spamming before the server crash, which, he wasnt) then he should not have been banned. Anyways, his origional email states it was due to him spamming SL specials that he got banned. NO OTHER REASON WAS STATED.
So why the hell hasn't Nexican been informed?

This is an absolute disaster what they have done and should be overturned.
As for you Hemi, yes CSR's are the law and all that, but if that is abused, as it was in this case that is unacceptable. All the times Wreck has stood right at theed starport, well whatever, but peeps have a right to stand up for what they believe in, especially when they are as right as we were here.

think about this. prior to Sabrinna going off i tells and getting out of control. The CSR put her at 0,0 on naboo and logged her out of the game and all she had was the email you see in the SS's above. Not to mention the first words out of the CSR's mouth is this..... And you all question why he was pissed off. hell I would be to.

Seriously what does it matter that this issue has been discussed and brought to the attention of the developers? This issue had been brought to their attention months ago. The only thing that not responding to this post will accomplish is that it will be ignored by the developers again.
Unless you have an update on how the developers are hotfixing this immediatly we will continue to voice our concerns.

The issue is insubordination to a CSR's demands. How do you think this could have been handled?
Well since it's obvious these forums aren't monintor'd and your voice means nothing here is where the we stand with this issue fellow SL's. NeX/Sabrinna sent in this email awaiting response

Like I said... thats no longer an issue anymore. I advised that the spatial "bark" be removed from /formup until the revamp is finished. When it happens I can't say.
What it seems like you guys are arguing about is just that your guildmate was banned. I don't care that they were banned... I care about WHY they were banned. The problem with the Squad Leader spamming isnt just your PA's issue, its the entire games issue and I want to remedy that.
It is a shame that the outcome was banning but its just like yelling at your boss... your bound to get fired.

That's only half the problem irott. WE need to know this won't happen again. The reassurances we got last time seem to have been hollow, at best. I want some reassurance that the next raid I lead on Coronet or Theed won't result in me getting banned for 3 days.
I'm frankly surprised to see how "calmly" you've brushed aside this issue.

As you can see NeX/Sabrinna is fighting this for everyone he isn't just thinking of himself. And he's still getting crapped on. This is rediuclous. Someone needs to control this and apparently their customer service manager gives two craps less about us and how we are used effectively.
If they knew how it worked, then they'ld realize that none of our abilities work if we're not in a group.. We get a "You must be group leader to use this ability" error message, and no spam. The sheer fact that he was spamming /formup means he was in a group..
/sigh .. I see his 3-day suspension being over well before we get a good answer.. Jessea? Irott? TH? Anybody?
