Thread: Poll: Contraband on Vendors
What you answer may very well affect what smuggling is in the future as to what the status quo on illegal items will be.

I dont think either of A or Bis in itself a great solution. Who is limiting our discussion of the future to such all or nothing polar extremes, the Devs or us? Either way its tragic.
Any poll which is meant to not be leading should at least include an option for C) Nither
And if the future is not yet set in stone by the Devs ... we shouldnt be trying to set it stone either.
EDIT:
I'm butting out since we're limited for some reason to A or B
but for the record here's an old post with an idea I had which I think is better. (Not saying it is...just saying I think it is) When reading the post, remove references to the bounty system and just make it such that vendors cannot sell contraband w/o a smuggler and it should work fine.

Who cares if we sell spice or slicing equipment on vendors? No big deal. It doesn't add or take away from the smuggling feel for the profession. Besides, it gives us a place to sell our spices. It's easier for people who want spices to go to your vendor rather then have to search you out. And if you're not online, then they just go to someone else and you lose the business. Selling spices and such on vendors is how I make me money as a Smuggler (though I haven't made much lately because of how useless spices are now). If I couldn't sell them on vendors, then I'd probably never sell any.
But still... aren't there more important issues to address besides if we should sell spice on vendors?
