Thanks for moving it over Wilbur...
and I didnt remember that it was yellow, but somebody else mentioned that also. I will never forget the opening scene to the orignal Star Wars. Seeing the text scroll by, then seconds later a massive starship, the likes of which had NEVER been seen in movies before that moment, come blasting from the top of the screen. Somehow, I instantly knew that movies had changed forever....
No problem!
I evenmade it yellow, to match.
Now, a Jawa, a Tusken, and a Smuggler walk into a bar....
Ok, a new generation of smugglers chuckles has begun. The bomber droid has been added to our tools of amusement and mayhem. I personally got to enjoy its effects while slicing for a friend who was overt. I recieved a TEF from trading with him, and just happened to have my droid out in the player bank koisk of his city.
An overt imperial decided that we two unbuffed, overt rebs were an inviting target, and made a dash at us. Since we were inside the koisk, the knee high wall made us 'unseen' to him untill he got right next to us. I had already pulled my R3 droid out, which had 4 boom mods and 2 armor mods in it, giving it enough resilience to roll up to the fully armored and buffed imperial and drop him in a wash of smoke and screen shaking. The guy was oblivious enough to the new publish that he actually shot me once milliseconds before the droids timer went out. I then cheerfully walked over and DB'd him, generating my next R3 from its schematic and naming it after the poor fellow.
I'm not sure what the AP is on these things, and i can only assume its blast damage, but that kind of hit in pvp that as far as i can tell cannot be dodged is a must have for any smuggler. I know i will always have one guarding my kiester while selling FP from the backs of cantinas. And beware the covert smuggler stationed on base defense. That Service Droid may just happen to be the last line of protection from a mob of base stompers.
Oh. Saw this post and assumed it was a link to 19 Questions thread about Smuggler revamp.
