The main reason I no longer slice in public is the random factor. I want control over my work and I want to be able to deliver the best possible product

A, most definitely.
In no way do I want to have to chase down 900+ OQ copperto get the best slice. I was a master AS for a while and Ispent most of my time mining for the top of the line materials instead of having fun.
Also, In no way do I want to run through the C-net starport hearing some guy spamming "slicing with +98% clamps, +95% knives, and using +94% AUK and WUK - 15k". Knowing full well he has junk tools...
There's something to be said for keeping it simple.
EDIT: lol. Again, I'm a moron. I didn't even look to see when the original post date was. I actually thought they were starting to plan...

DEAR GOD WOULD YOU STOP REPLYING TO THIS POST!!!!
This post FINALLY disappeared for a while then BAM its back up and running... this post will NEVER have any influence on what the final outcome of slicing is.
