I've been exploring Smuggler a LOT lately and decided to look through some other options a bit less traditional. While there are no elite masteries involved, I've come up with the "Informant/Jedi Hunter" that may be useful with the coming increase in Jedi presence...
Smuggler 0040
Bounty Hunter 3440
This will give you the infamous "dirty in-fighting" (sic) tree, that rumor and dev's keep insisting will get some love in a publish or two (and at least a smuggler title to flash around), plus the faster and more damaging armor piercing pistols of BH and the investigative know-how needed to track a jedi. It also gives you access to the state-effects of carbines, which some of the carbines usable by bounty hunters can effectively take advantage of. This could be fun for any smuggler that wants to deal in human lives....A variation on this build is:
Smuggler 0040
BH 3040
Commando Novice for the launcher pistol
A much less traditional build:
Smuggler 0040
BH 3040
TKA 2000
Which gives you access to meditation...
Just some food for thought.

i'm thinking master smuggler/master pikeman/tka 3,0,0,4/scout 1,0,1,0 (for terrain and harvest)
the pike for some pvp

Ive been debating alot lately about what I should do. Im currently TKM and master fencer for holo reasons now I wanna be master smuggler and keep TKM. All I wanna do now is kick ass in PvE but im torn. Im thinking of going master pistoleer with TKM and master smug but then I wouldn't have any medic and was wondering if feign death is a good substitute for medic. I really would like having the melee and ranged dmg mitigation 3's. Can anyone plz give me some advice?
