Smuggler peoples,
This was a fix for bug that was/is happening. My apologies for the one-liner but it is a bit busy around here and I was trying to get you the information and juggle other things at the same time. At any rate, right now (on live) you can not be incapacitated while feigning. This is not as designed. We fixed this so that a person can be incapacitated while feigning.
OK, I give up.
I'm just going to walk away and wait for the info to come from testers.
Me too, it's like trying to squeeze a straight answer out of a politician. I give up.

LOL! You just said the same thing again, only in five sentences this time lol. If you can be incapped while FD, can you be deathblowed? Does triple incap cause a DB?

IF you were feigning you could never be incapped. Now you can =)
Hi Tiggs!
Unfortunately, this is not enough information. We need a description of how this works in order to a) Understand FD so we can use it effectively and b) Test it against its new specifications.
Here are my questions:
1. Does this mean that when a smuggler is lying on the ground Feigning Death, his opponent may incap him?
2. If #1 is true, does this count towards the three incaps andyou're dead rule?
3. Does this change affect PVP AND PVE?
Thanks,
Lilac Moon
Who cares if its an Invuln button. You do realize they have to be willing ti sit thier in feign death mode as long as the other person is willing to sit there. If they feel thier gameplay is best done laying in a fake death then let them.

Thanks for the info. That's what I call an answer.

JustG -- so this change is ONLY affecting PVP? And NOT PVE?
Please let us know. Or if someone has answered this, I have missed it and would appreciate being directed to the answer. Thanks!

So now we can get DB'd too? Even although I'm pretty sure the skill description says you cant... I hope to heck thats a typo..
And to be honest, why even change it? Its taken 2 years for you to even notice this "bug" so it can't be that important. And were so close to the CU (at least I hope) that any changes made now are just gonna agrivate people..
The only time a Dev visits the Smuggler forum is to bend us over the barrel again..

If I look like I'm dead, how can someone deathblow me again? The skill is now only useful for PVE then? Will NPCs db you?

The description says that you pretend to be incapacitated and that the enemies might leave you alone.
