Just an interesting thought, ever since my post on the coins, the original creator of this thread hasnt responded. I'm not saying it was me who did it. I'm just point out that it's a hella way back since we've asked for the conclusive or more swaying proof, and we've seen nothing.
IMO, lock this thread not. Those who understand this Slicin' game is random win.
Think he moved on, after all we are a bunch of negative creeps and the boards suck!
we're all *censored* arent we? Especially those of us with logical thinking! Damn us for using our brains.

well first off i never assumed that slicing was completely random as you say we all did because if we are going to get downj to this matematical level true randomness doesn't and can't exist.
and another thing, when you say that a lot of people are wrong in saying that 35+ slices dont exist on weapons because they have never seen on they assume they don't exist.
ok i'll concede that may be true, but aren't you guilty of the same misjudgement assumeing that your theory of preditable slices is correct just because you've never been wrong before.
its the problem of inference
This also works with blackjack and roulette too. Just be sure to go to a table where they use multiple decks for black jack. They face the cards up and keep an eye out for strings of face/10 cards and low 2 or 3 cards. Almost like card counting except you don't need to count. Just look. In roullette if red/black comes up several times in a row odds are the next one will be the opposite color.
please tell me that you are joking,
and if not tell me you failed maths

Do we have someone on Bria who can make this guy show us the evidence of his 85% claim. Specifically, give him 20 identical VKs and he will return 17 of them with damage slices. Do that, and I will believe in your patterns. Otherwise you are just blowing smoke.

I had a 45% damage slice on a weapon yesterday, and came back with a 41% damage 2 weapons later. I thought that 35% was the cap. Has anyone else experienced this?

You know what. Here. Do this.
Get a nickle, or whatever is the biggest U.S coin, I'm from England, I don't know. Get a pen and some paper. Flip that coin 100 times. Now add up the variables, and tell me, how's the chance it's gonna land on heads on the 101st flip.
Oh yeah, that's right. 50/50.
The defense rests it's case, unless better and more conclusive evidence can be brought to the stand.
Actually, it's been proven that there is a bias towards whatever side the coin starts on (i.e., if it starts heads, there is a bias towards heads.) Not to throw a monkey-wrench into the works, I'm just feeling contrary today, and every time this slicing argument comes up, it makes me grouchy ![]()

Oh, and the largest coins in America are, in order: Silver Dollar (rare), 50-cent piece (rare as well), Golden Dollar, Quarter (smaller than a Golden Dollar by a hair.) ![]()

I have noticed that if I get 4 speed slices in a row, then most likely the next will be damage. So I have my alt weaponsmith make all weapons in lots of 10, then, more than likely I will get at least 2 decent damage slices out of 10.

Im dumb. But...When I was THE newbie smuggler with slicing 1,I sliced the terminals. A real pain, but I noticed one thing...: Several blue ones...Then one read, maybe 2..Then it was red/blue/red/blue/blue/blue/red/blue/red/blue/red/red/red.. A pattern. Same thing when I grinded in slicing: speed/damage/speed/damage/damage/damage/damage/speed/damage/speed/damage... I could actually feel:"now this one is gonna be a speed..
So if you had a number of low speeds,Im pretty sure you get a damage, then speed, then damage,damage,damage,damage...Its just a feeling, hard to explain. Soooo...I know there is about 75% chance that if you turn a chance cube to blue, and you cut the blue cable, youll succes. What about the other dices? What about the color of the cables you cut? Do they affect the outcome of the slice? Nooone knows...(QOTSA)

I've noticed that if I stand on one foot, while picking my nose, and singing "My Heart Must Go ON" by Celine Dion, then I usually have a 50% chance of getting a speed slice.

Ive found that slicing on the 3rd sunday of the month while on Nadoo, only in the rain @ night in my pink short shortsand party hat before not after ive killed 3 kadoo babys has given me the ablity to get the slice im looking for 85% of the time. Ive run this test time and time again and I know this is what you all need to do!.......

Yimaz, that is great news - problem is, I can't seem to find the planet "Nadoo" anywhere...
