This was the one profession I really wanted to play when I first heard about Galaxies. After getting into beta 2, I decided to try everything out before, just to be sure I really wanted to be a smuggler. After dabbling in everything but ranger, squad leader, and bounty hunter, I decided that smuggler is definately what I want to play, and I'm enjoying it.

oh yeah /sign I wanted to be a smuggler from day one, too bad I went rangerand ch too. I just couldn't pick a good combination heh

I bought the game, looked at all of the professions and said "Yep, smuggler is the only one I'm really interested in".

There are missions in which you "deliver an item while hostiles attack you" in every profession. I still don't consider [Smuggler's Alliance] pilots to be Smugglers, nor 'Smuggling' - at least not any more than Rebel Pilots or Imperial Pilots might sometimes "smuggle", with a lower-case s - JFreeman - 10/6/04

Sort of. Well, the main reason was that it was STAR WARS. I liked Jedi and all, but what game could you be a smuggler in?

I always wanted to be a smuggler, ever since I saw Han's TY-1300. Pistoleer made since, too. Now I am the ultimate power in the universe!

I actually bought this game to be a smuggler back in Jan. but as of late I am stalled out on my Smuggler temp. I get so frustrated with the push backs and "we are going to do this" and they do something else I haven't played my Smuggler in 2 months. In the mean time I have worked my alt into a 2/4/2/2 Fencer 2/2/1/4 CH. I use to play my Smuggler exclusivey but I get so ^($^&%# aggrevated now. And forget trying to find a complement class to go along with it because it seems everything is worthless. I came this close to deleting him the other night and decided to turn to the smuggler community for suggestions. I hope I can renew my vigor for my smuggler. It is a damn shame that we will have to waittill afterJTL to see what a smuggler will actually become.
