Feature creep is something that can mess up any project and is one that's stamped on relentlessly in the games industry (although it still rears its ugly head from time to time). They obviously weren't expecting such a thing for live issues however, as it seems to have popped up and stung them on the backside without them seeing it until it was far too late.

As a master smuggler I think the point that has been missed here was when Haden said we should have FUN helping jedi and fighting alongside them.
No really, this is what he suggests we do for fun...

Is it just me or does anyone else think the team that is managing SWG has totally mismanaged one of the Greatest IP's possible for a MMO?
I mean the top 3 IP's would probably be.
1. Star Wars
2. Lord of the Rings.
3. Matrix.
But this team 'seems' to have absolutely no clue as to what they are doing.

I feel for the smugglers. I am a BH and I have a few Master Smugglers in my guild that are DYING for something to be done. Granted we got a bone thrown at us with the SP reduction but we got BONED plenty before that so that really didn't help much. Keep up the good fight and get on the devs asses. Give Haden hell and I do mean it. He deserves no sympathy for the comments that he has made nor do the devs for ignoring the player base and concentrating on pushing out an expansion when the core game is still broken.
