Its 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 Once you get to thirteen the system reads it as 1 3 4 7 11 which the system reads as 1 1 for 11 and in there you get back to number one. So its actually two fibinchi sequences that loop back and forth. Thats why the doubleing over effect dosent become readily apparant. Depending on where you personally start in your sequence. The speed or damage aspect also runs off a fibinachi sequence, but there is still a third equation that is also running that slightly modifies the results presumably so that each possible number and combination can be met.

35 is really a direvitive of 32.5 which means you can hit 30 or 35 and any number in between. Still trying to unlock what is governing this aspect. Though knowing in which five points and the type of slice is a very good general approximation.

Why are you spending time on the mechanics of the game instead of just playing it? I'd rather play this gmae than finding a way to predict the outcome of my next action.

Now excuse me... I'll go back to playing.

I'm going to cry.

When the highlight of the entire Smuggler Profession is the recurring non-random slice discussion we have reached a state SO pathetic that SOE should just plain delete the entire profession and tell us to piss-off.

Are some people really wrapped up into reading into things that they become blind the truth? I really can't see how you have figured out that slicing is predictble when we have had devs, thats the people who made game, tells us that slicing is random. Haven't we got the slicing is random thread as a sticky?

Maybe its the Theory of Relativity??? (Did I even say it right?)

Or maybe its a 20 sided die rolling and your just lucky with your dice.

I find that if I wear the previously mentioned hawtpants and pray to all that is good in heaven I get good slices. But my roomies find it quite disturbing and have been countering my prayers with their own that I be struck down by lightning.

Oh and yall gotta find the humor in this. Its funny that after god knows how many months and more tests than have been run on a nuclear bomb some genious finds a new method.

all things random or not have a grain of predictability. were it not like that our world would be chaos.
now the question is is there enough predictability for slicing? and even if there was, what would you tell your customer?

OH BY THE WAY JUST SO OU KNOW!!! MY NEXT SLICE WILL BE 11%!??

Nah its better to at least pretend it is random, even if you knkow it isnt.
And if i be asked about it, as long as we cannot affect it in any way, to me , it is random.

I know for a fact that spreading peanut butter on my chest and doing the macarena while slicing will grant me a 42% damage slice! I'VE DONE EXTENSIVE TESTING OVER THE COURSE OF SEVEN MINUTES WHILE WAITING FOR A FRIEND!
