I'm excited about the no names. Too many wanker BH's running around trying to grief specific people. The payout indication also bothers me slightly. There is a drastic disparity between how much you get hunted at 50k and 150k, so I understand trying to balance that out. But it feels wrong. Very wrong. Deeply wrong.
I'm also hoping they throw BH's a bone or two in this regard. Show online status, faction, whatever. But some more information.
Moving jedi missions to MBH seems ok. You're a master. You now get to hunt the biggest bounties. Makes sense. I noticed they used the word player instead of jedi... maybe smugglers are soon to come.
Please define "griefing specific people".
I think he means something like this:
I am hit the Rebel Outpost on Rori to sell FP as a Master Smuggler/Master BH. I forgot to turn on shadows before I went overt and got slammed by a cloaked Jedi that was waiting to kill anyone that went overt next to the recruiter.
I write down Cloaked Fool in my notepad and decide that I am going to hunt his arse down for that everytime I see his name hit the terms as payback. In that matter I am griefing him because I am targeting him alone.

1) I kill a BH. He comes back. I kill him again. He comes back. I kill him again. He comes back. I kill him again. He comes back.... etc.
2) A BH kills a guildy. A day later same BH kills same guildy. A day later same BH kills same guildy. A day later same BH kills same guildy A day later... etc.
Just some examples.

That goes hand in hand with the entertainer " x is to far away" bug. So if if you're creative in your uselessness, people have a hard time watching you be uselessly creative.

How 'bout telling "same guildy" to stop getting on the boards? That might help a bit.... good lord... Jedi are dispicable.
It'd take someone deeply imbalanced to not think that was griefing. Seriously, another BH will come along. If it's your own personal crusade to stop a specific person, that is just wrong and people like you are why this change came in.
If you want to talk about dispicable, look at the ones who take pleasure in hurting others. Who for whatever reason have a need to lash out like that. Maybe their wife beats them. Maybe they really do have saber envy. Maybe they're just disturbed. Being pissed on for whatever reason does not give you the right in the least to do so to another.

Wait I thought smuggler revamp was suppose to be worked on right after the CU?
Yea, more work with the Jedi/BH professions instead.

Yeah, that's why they took the smuggler mission In Concept thread down and never replaced it nor said a word to us about.
It's probably why the never replied to any of our 5 months of feedback in that thread as well.
Good 'ole SOE, bait and switch all the way.

What are you expecting with Dual Weild? To double your DPS? Its not going to happen. Things are ballanced now.
Are you just looking for the "coolness" factor? The eye candy of dual wielding? Then I can understand that.
Dual wield is perfectly viable - just make it so only certain weapons can be dual wield (a new 'type' of weapon, if needbe), and then restrict their DPS so that *when they're combined* they might match a full on weapon. In other words, they can attack very fast, but will do significantly less damage per shot.
Example: dual wield might be two 1-10/1.5s pistols, versus, say, a single 2-20/3.0s rifle. You'll do more 2x damage per shot with the rifle, and have the same dps as the pistols. (The trade off for the damage is if you miss while dual wielding, you can make upto half the damage on the second shot, whereas if you miss with a single shot rifle, you lose out onALL damage.)
That's how it works now, although the math is somewhat screwy in SWG (I'd say incomplete, even) since heavy hitting weapons aren't as slow per swing/shot as they should be. Point is, dual wield is trivial.
