Gonna go shoot it a lot to see if they "break" in combat easy. I thought they got rid of "breaking" but it still says it while you're slicing.

Thanks for the info! I'ma little bummed we can't go over the caps (I really wanted to see if I could break 1000 max damage on my ADK'd Featherweight FWG5), but I can understand it from a balance point of view.
At least they fixed it so you won't lose components or points.

Well, even if you can't go over the cap for damage, you still have all the extra places for speed and critical hit %. Nothing to sneeze at.

Speed:
Level 2 | 4% Increase | 45% customisation | Simple Toolkit
Damage: (Apparently cannot slice over weapons damage cap)
Level 2 | 4% Increase | 40% Customisation | Simple Toolkit
Critical Shot Chance:
Level 1 | 3% Increase | 20% Customisation | Simple Toolkit
That should add up to 105% Customization... So either these numbers are wrong, or you only did Level1 speed.
You're right. I forgot I tried the next speed slice and it said i couldn't go that far. So even better news for those who thought these slices were too small
btw I'm on a friends Smuggler character lol I'm not a full time smuggler

Don't tell me the powerup exploit is back..
When the weapon was sliced, did you notice if the % increase was based on the *base* figure of the weapon, or if it was based on the Power up figure?
Well just killed two krayts in a row and no "break" so if it is there it's not happening very fast Just wanted to make sure.
