May 5th, huh? This is gonna be one quick BETA test. Less then a month, 'cause I doubt it'll start in three weeks.

I mean, it's 7 weeks we're talking about here. Am I the only one confused about this? It just seems to me that they will be replacing one buggy system without any kind of balance with another.

SOE always confuses me about what they do. And they always release things before they're ready (like JtL and all of the publishes). This doesn't really surprise me.
I guess we'll have to wait and find out what happens, though... But I wouldn't be surprised of the CU was pushed back, the Devs seem to love pushing things back if it's not releated to Jedi.

Well the new publish every 2 weeks is most likely going to just be little hot fixes like this last one. maybe advance that WEAK story arc every 2 weeks. And i do think they have a lot of Devs working on the secret things (IE This is prolly where GreenMarine has been, workin on the RotW expansion) Afterall they are adding a new planet since the systems for planets are already in that part doesn't really take much testing. they just have to test the quests and stuff on the planet. Oh well i'm just hopefull. I could be COMPLETELY wrong and the REalist side of me says i am but hey i've silenced him for now!

Well... yes, but, it's not the same as the 'content' publishes where it's not a huge deal if a quest doesn't work or something like that - this one is a 'core systems' publish and pretty much everything depends on it - the whole point of the CURB was supposed to be to 'fix' the combat system, not to introduce a new one that works just as bad as the current one... Bah.
