    That's the answer I asked for clarification on; Tiggs thinks it's a yes to both, but is checking on it now.




    As long as you're in a dialogue, could you ask for clarification on the famous "only the NPC lines have to be written" lie?

    Really, I don't see many answers to anything. Mostly it's all "undecided" or "in design". But, then again, this was what I was expecting. A lot of questions with no answers.

    Very sad. The Devs really have no clue what they're doing.

    yep I agree 100% POB ships are worthless and even more so to Smugglers, what is the point to even having a ship if your a smuggler? It seems logical to me that a Smuggler would need a ship in order to freakin smuggle. But I guess SOE feels the need to keep putting 1/2 arsed code together for this game

    Absolutely. If you read any of the novels it's perfectly clear that a Smuggler's ship is his/her lively hood. They all take great pride in their ships. Even if you don't look at the EU, just look at Han for crying out loud.

    Well, Guess I'll be the one to look on teh bright-side.

    Sure, about two out of al those questions atuall got answers, but at least they were acknowledged.. and that means they at least can see where we want these to go, so since most of those questions are "Still in development" maybe they'll get the hint and Develope it in the way we would like it.

    Thats about the best way I can look at it.

    and also.. NO SPACE SMUGGLING??!?! **modbot**?! Didn't they tell us at launch that smuggler wouldn't come into its own until they had ships? (even though we didn't), and now we get a smuggling system that doesnt include them? COME ON!!!!

    I just want to echo the rest in feeling that there should be some space involved in smuggling. It was long said that smuggler wouldn't realize it's potential until after JTL, and then we were forgotten about. I'd also hope that this would give us another use for the cargo holds that are currently worthless if you don't space mine.


    On the other hand, I like the sound of the underworld part. I'm guessing the "yes" answer to the CL question means that the missions will vary depending on your CL, like BH missions. I just hope that the level 80 Master smuggler missions present some sort of a challenge, unlike the faction NPC's in the cities. I'd also like to see the difficulty scale if you are grouped. How cool would it be to be running smuggling missions in spacewith a small crew in your POB ship, and having them work together with you when you get jumped on the ground? Kind of like the Talus Station mission, but much better withground parts as well. The random intercepts in space would have to be tiered with the pilot (or maybe 1 teir under), otherwise it just wouldn't be any challenge. Although if a BH / ranger comes for you and you get locked in a PvP fight, they'd have to lock therest of thegroupout of it so you don't end up with a severly one-sided fight.


    I also hope they give us an oppourtunity to see the cargo / skim off the top, with a random chance of the person that recieves noticing it or not. If they don't notice... everything is cool. If they do, all of the sudden you are jumped by their henchmen and lose a large chunk of faction. Then you'd have to work to get in their good graces again before you could work for them.

    all the cool stuff, that we asked for, all the cool stuff that we was told we will get itmany times before, as I remember, before JTL, that they told us, they will wait until JTL 4 a revamp because the smuggler revamp need space missions. So all this was again a lie? They asked us for feedback about Greenmarine thread, we have thousand ideas that are working or can work with the current system and all we get is: Not under the current design???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! u got be Kidding?!!!!!!!!!

    My SWG Observations

    If they stopped the expansions for one year and gave quality revamps to the professions that need it most, many people would resubscribe.
    With all the resubs, and the new players, there would then be plenty of money to hire enough people to do 2-4 quality revamps per year plus 1-2 larger expansions per year and/or 2-4 smaller expansions per year, and not give the BigWigs a pay cut. (Possibly even an increase)

    Well, look at the bright side. We did at least get some answers.

    We hate them and it bodes ill for any revamp we could possibly receive pre-apocalypse but at least we can set our expectation level appropriatly.

    Essentially meaning it sounds like you haven't listened to use for the last few years. GreenMarines ideas were trashed and there is a seeming inability to deliver on what was promised aside from content for Jedi.
