My worry about adding these experimtaion factors, and resouce quality, is that instead of those adding toslicing results as they are now, the base lvls will be lowered, and you will need to experiment and have high quality, just to get the same middle of the road results we get now.
Just my two cents.

b all the way, evenone else has thier resources matter,and how abou t a minimum slice at teh master lvl huh? i know i can get a higher % but if i can still get teh same crap % that a slicer can get, when does my experiance count? keep the damage or speed random, it will take the fun and excitement out of slicing if you make them determinable. i dont want to be a "damage please" factory.

Good job on tallying it up.
I think it is to close for the devs to do anything about it. It is roughly half and half, not to mention all the people who haven't voted.

Don't want to be an artisan.
Keep slicing random.
My vote is for more time spent smuggling (and making the illegal things that need to be smuggled) and less time hunting down high quality resources.
