- I would like to see a Player City starport. No. NPC cities are there for a reason.
- I would like to see a Player City starship terminal. No. Again, NPC cities need that purpose.

Let me add an adendum to my comment on NPC cities. I see great value in forcing us to go through "capital" cities, BUT, due to the high volume of spam macros and lag going through those large cities, I would prefer another option. This being said, its a tough call, I'd rather see less spam and less lag than a Starship Terminal on every street.

No. But the items don't scale enough (4 with a booster shouldn't be better than 5 with a limiter).

In addition i believe that factory support should be added simply because to run a legitimate business you would have to spend hours upon hours making items by hand, or risk running your vendors empty and scaring off potential return customers...
The others would be nice to have addressed.. such as resource quality afffecting stats.. i can use crap resources and great resources on a chassis and get a difference of around 2000 on mass.
again the others would be nice however i believe the first 2 are more important at this time.
And please god dont increase mass on the already overpowered ties..if they do, a significant drop in speed and maneuvering be applied

As for #8 the reason is that it would cut down on the gank squads I see (groups of 4-8) waiting for an overt to pop into the starport.
