Excellent guide.
Would it be possible to take it a little bit farther though?
What I mean is some stats, it is better to have a higher number on some things. On other things, you want lower numbers.
For example, on engines, is a higher Yaw number good or bad? That type of information would be awesome on this thread.
/agree and I can't believe Straker's post went unseen it sems.A little info ofthe stats of each part and tellingwhat kind of numbers are considered 'good' might end up saving many people from having to start a new thread to ask about any particulart component. Just a thought

I've heard plenty of questions on what stats mean, particularly all the engine stats. I'm sure most of us shipwrights know by now, but an eductated customer is the best customer. Can descriptions for stats be added to this FAQ, indicating for each whether a higher or lower value is better/or what it's effect is.
The most interesting thing I've read is that there are some engine stats capped (?) when putting engines in a particular chassis. Will have to tinker w/ that...

got a question concerning droid interfaces... what is better a higher speed rating or a lower one?

Right now, a lower speed rating is better for a pilot.
Yes, that does mean that droid interfaces are seriously bugged. The only droid interface worth crafting is the Mark I with the "power saver" subcomponent, all experimented for mass and power use, and not a single point used on droid command speed.

Excellent guide..
I did find one thing to add.
Ixiyen: 60k Resources - level 3 cert - 70k mass <---- This mass only applies to Style 1 Ixiyens.
Style 2,3, and 4 Ixiens have 80K Mass,
