- I would like to see increased factory support. No, I think they have this right, I have had tons of fun and made friends I would not have otherwise the way Shipwright has to communicate to his/her customers.
- I would like to see Shipwright trainers in Player Cities.No.
- I would like to be able to convert Shipwright XP into Force Crafting XP. Yes. I was a master Weaponsmith just to grind FS. In JTL beta I did the SW and thought wow, a class I can enjoy while doing my REQUIRED grind. So, here I am... enjoying the class and trying to gain exp to further my path to Jedi.
Simply put, I as a player that was doing what the game design (after all the changes and I HAVE been playing since the first week) required me to do to seek Jedi. If Shipwright does not have a FS conversion I can AGAIN chose to enjoy the game and give up on Jedi or GRIND.
Why punish a player for wanting to ENJOY the game and how paid for EP1 to further that cause.
-
Devs you have made a mistake, please fix it before I have to chose to enjoy the game of continue my quest to Jedi that I have been on for over a year. Thank you.
- I would like to see increased returns from experimenting. No.I feel that the balance is good as it is... Chassis require a lot of resources... that is what makes them hard not the type/quality of the resource. You have 15 Exp Pts in some parts, I like that over having to have a 900+ average on the resource and since a lot of stats go into the average result that would be very unlikely. After starting to understand it , I like the way some parts, made by a player, are not as good as some looted. Reverse Eng those class of parts is great way to answer that.
- I believe resource quality does not have enough effect on item stats. No.
- Mark V masses are too high. I suspect that the current 5 Million is a bug, should be 500k... but it does not matter, I can't ATM see anyone needing 500k Mass, BUT I could be wrong. So, 5 Mill or 500k either way is good because it allows the maker to focus on HPs and not mass on this item.
- Droid Interfaces/Flight Computers: No opinion.
- I would like to see Flight Computers moved to Shipwright.
- OR
- I would like to see Droid Interfaces moved to Droid Engineer.
- I would like to see Flight Computers moved to Shipwright.
- Player City Ship Access:
- I would like to see a Player City starport. Yes
- I would like to see a Player City starship terminal. Yes if a PC has a starport. I would also like to suggest guild halls as landing ports to those that have Admin to it OR make a new lvl of access call Landing Rights... put that big hole in the top of guild halls to some use

- I would like to see a Player City starport. Yes
- I think decay is: No opinion.
- Too high.
- Just right.
- Too low.

- I would like to see increased factory support. Yes
- I would like to see Shipwright trainers in Player Cities. No (I am a mayor saying this. It is not fair to alot of folks who do not have it to rub it in thier nose.)
- I would like to be able to convert Shipwright XP into Force Crafting XP. Yes. I mean we have to use skill points for this in place of another crafting profession. It is not fair to make us suffer for our professions in skillpoints and not allowing us to use the village. I need a figting profession so I can go ut and survey for my materials and not get killed. Some scout for terrain negotiation. Then my Shipwright. By the time I am done I have no sp's to spare on yet another crafting profession to make up the xp for the villiage. I am not strong enough to fight, have no medic, have no way to trade crafting. Well sounds like I will never get a jedi.
- I would like to see increased returns from experimenting. On some things yes. Most of our items should be better than loot with just a few exceptions. Not Loot better than us with a few exceptions.
- I believe resource quality does not have enough effect on item stats. This is very true at least compared to other professions.
- Mark V masses are too high. I have not made it here yet so I can not tell you. I have only seen loot but have not seen handmade.
- Droid Interfaces/Flight Computers:
- I would like to see Flight Computers moved to Shipwright. If I had to pay for the expansions to get the ships stuff I want all the ship stuff. Why do they get it for nothing?
- OR
- I would like to see Droid Interfaces moved to Droid Engineer.
- Player City Ship Access:
- I would like to see a Player City starport.
- I would like to see a Player City starship terminal.
- Neither I do not want a dirrect route into our city from opossing faction. I mean you have a group fly in on two yahts and you are outnumbered fast.
- I think decay is:
- Too high.
- Just right. Any slower and we would not sell anything. Any faster and we are swamped.
- Too low.

- I would like to see increased factory support.
At this point, I don't care. Would have been great from the start, but "generic" items are slowing down as everyone is getting closer to Master. Most of my customers now require custom stuff anyways.
- I would like to see Shipwright trainers in Player Cities.
Don't care. It would make sense just for fairness. Would have been release nice to have on release day, but could not care less now. Not like mastering SW takes long if you have the enormous piles of resources.
- I would like to be able to convert Shipwright XP into Force Crafting XP.
YES. Once again this is a fairness issue. And I would love to be able to get +Force Assembly, etc. There is no good reason that SOE can give against this. If other crafters can have this, why not SWs??
- I would like to see increased returns from experimenting.
YES. Although how much more needs to be looked at very carefully to keep things balanced. My problem now is that with so many experimentation lines on some comps, the small variance in experimentation makes everyone's comps a little too similar even when experimented differently.
- I believe resource quality does not have enough effect on item stats.
YES. This is one of the biggest problems in my opinion. A difference in 200 OQ in the Steel used should be more than 1 or 2% in the final stats of the product.
- Mark V masses are too high.
YES. What this means is that most people are better off using real good lower level RE'ed loot unless they are using the huge mass Master level ships.
- Droid Interfaces/Flight Computers:
I would like to see Flight Computers moved to Shipwright.
OR
I would like to see Droid Interfaces moved to Droid Engineer.
Don't care. If DE's want mor stuff to craft then sure, they can have it. I personally thought DEs were going to play a bigger role in JTLS. - Player City Ship Access:
I would like to see a Player City starport.
I would like to see a Player City starship terminal.
At the very least a starship terminal. Starports would be great, but I'm not sure where in the city we could fit it anyways
- I think decay is:
Too high.
Just right.
Too low.
Not sure. Have not had time to pilot yet. This is a more appropriate question for the Pilot forum I think.

1. Yes...for components *only* though.
2. **HUGE** yes!
3. Yes
4. Yes, particularly on Mass experimentation.
5. No, resource quality affectation is just fine as-is.
6. Yes
7. I think DE's should be the ones making both DI's and FC's myself
8. **NO** to PC general starports, **YES** to PC starship terminals, but **ONLY** for Metropolis-level PC's
9. Decay is just right.
