Thread: MACRO camps you can go through about 7 camps overnight
Ack.. I've tried this... I can actually get it to camp 17 (with the 'but you already have another camp set up elsewhere message), butthen the macro shuts down. I've checked and rechecked my format- it looks ok, any ideas?

ok im at a bit of a loss about setting up macros, or more precisely, how to loop them.
could anyone please just write down the enntire macro so i can copy paste it?
Cold,
Do the exact same thing for your armor and traps for the camping. Just just a different toolbar.
You can get additional toolsbards by scrolling the little arrows up and down to the left of your quickbar, or by pressing control and a function key.

for goodness sake someone please paste whatyour macro looks like, so we can copy it!! Which slot do you put the camps in, just to make it easy for us idiots that don't know. Also how do you get more than one camp in the slot you keep the camps. I can only have one camp per slot i believe.
Great post! I'm actually working up the Ranger tree, which makes the scout xp needed seem like a dream now. The best luck I've had with not getting auto-logged is simply including /stand at the beginning and /sit at the end of the macro. Can generally go for several hours. Sometimes mix in /forage if I am running low on worm bait for fishing.
For the person who asked about armor, the principle is the same, just make sure you don't include the looping command
I have one toolbar dedicated to just clothes and armor. And it is fast too, full change in less than 2 seconds, probly closer to 1.

OK, I tried this following the macro and everything. The macro works...sort of. When I used it, it deployed a camp. All is good, right? So far. 10 seconds go by, and it tries to activate another camp, but here's where it goes to H311 in a handbasket. The first camp disappears, and then none of the camps will deploy (it kept saying there was already a camp) until finally, the macro is just running in a loop, but not deploying anything. I wait for 45 minutes, and NO XP, not even for the first camp. What am I doing wrong?
Next, I decided to modify it, and pause it for 2400, which is 40 minutes (40 * 60). It deploys the first camp, but that's it. And, even though I disabled AFK, I still kept getting SWG Connection Lost, even though my Internet is still connected, and this was starting at 8 am, Pacific Time. If you put the /forage in there, the macro wants to run them all up front, not in the order recieved, so to speak.
Can someone who got this to work please post their macro here? I would really appreciate it.
I'm not sure if including the sample part of it would work,as they have put in some things to stop sampling macros in their tracks. That is the "event" window that pops ups when sampling. That's the first thing that came to mind when people were saying they were auto logged. They may have been sampling then one of those event screens popped up.You have to be present to click on them to continue sampling, otherwide you just do nothing, and eventually get logged out(I think .This is just what I've read,I don't have any artisan skill so know nothing about sampling really).
Maybe replacing the sampling with something else like maskscent or other emotes/actions like standing, sitting flexing,whatever..
Dying to try this out though..

Good suggestion, Bolo, however, I had used /forage instead of sampling, and even removed it, but still got the same results. Thanks, though
This is a godsend forthe Survival XP needed for Master Ranger. When I started as a Scout I intending not to grind, but then I was getting nowhere with Survival. So I started to grind "manually" and caught up on a lot of bills, books, and chores.I figured, OK, I just won't auto-grind if someone figures out how to do it. Then I saw that Ranger Survival XP needs 200,000 points to master out the camping skill. I envisionedMaster Ranger coming sometime in 2004 at the rate of casual play I put in per week.
So kudos to you, your're a genius! As a software dev myself, I'm rather ashamed I didn't think of it...
