Thread: Rifleman Templates
I'm currently: MBH/MR/ Pistoleer 0/0/3/3 (yes, I think I could have 0/0/4/4 but I don't feel liek grindign pistols right now).
I didn't do it because it had 10 extra ranged defense than "x template" but because I liked the skills and damage, such as the master rifles sniper shot (when it works), the mbh adv critical shot and underhand kd, and the pistoleer root and intimidate shot.
All together make a pretty fun jedi-hunting template ![]()

Overall, I thought the Stopping Shot was the key..but I see so many people going with MBH...is it that must better in stacked stats?
Mostly for Duelist Stance, a ranged COB......
Also you get a KD and Critical shot, the second most damaging special in the game and possibly the most useful direct damage special (Being that you need to be stationary to use sniper shot).
Interesting....prone, snipershot, KD, Critical shot.
Stopping shot is more effective because it hit's 100% of the time almost andthere is no "Root Recovery" ability (now everybody has a root recovery).
Also as a MBH/Carbineer/0-4-0-4 Pistoleer, I have noticed that underhand shot (The BH's KD) is less effective then Charge Shot (The Carbineer's KD).

MCarbine/Mmarks/Mrifles/ 0434 pistoleer
gives me the following stats;
260 gen range acc (325 carbine) (345 rifles) (300 pistols)
50 gen range spd (115 carbine) (115 rifle) (75 pistols)
195 gen range defense (235 carbine) (225 rifles) (240 pistols)
gives me the following attacks;
indimidate shot
improved stopping shot
improved disarming shot (5 sec delay)
3 aoe attacks (fan shot, startle shot, full auto area)
1 range kd
sniper shot/ cover/conceal shot
2 snare shots (another if they fix surppression fire which is aoe)
I'm as deadly with any range weapon (other than master pistoleer weapons). Still have 1 point to spend in force skill. I wouldn't have gone master carbine but my e11 converted better than any t21 i have at a 643 base dps. Get those range arms and i won't miss the rifle range over carbine.
