1) If we get a 3 second cap will our damage be raised?If pistol get a 1 second cap will their damage be lowered?
2) is it possible to get a range extension (even in 5 meter blocks) applied only to rifle range for say sniping tree? if cap is in place its not like a pistoleer can close in to range in 3 seconds before we could pull the trigger again at that distance.
3) Can take cover get fixed so that it doesn't half kill us before we actually take it? Also having it actually do more would be a benefit.
4) With the changes and limitations to mind buffs can the ham costs for the specials get a revamp? HS3 has a steep cost for a marginal increase in damage and time delay. heavy lasers are in the 90's for mind cost. Krayte T21 can bee 110+
5) can we get an increase to defence vs special and have ot spread out in the countersnping tree?
6) ability to choose multiple damage types. blast (t21) acid (spraystick) kinetic (tusken) how about heat?
7) are any new weapons going to get introduced for us and at what levels in what trees would they go? Machine guns in counter sniping, a sniper rifle at level 4 sniping might bea nice touch.maybe a rifle that grants a bonus to speed or covered fire damage in concealment. and a general all around rifle for RA tree?
8) how about the ability to target pools (less effective then mind of course) would allow us to contribute more in groups starting out as mind damage doesn't get you a lot of xp when in a group of pistoleers... which goes back to multiple specials that don't cancel each other out. We're snipers we should be able to tell the difference between putting a round in someones head and a leg or a gut shot?
think i'll save my last two till i can think on it a bit more.

They already told us this would be fixed durning the HAM/COMBAT/WEAPON balance.

though this is not specific to rifleman, i would like to know their plans about ranged and melee defense. dodge and all that i dont care about, i really want to know if its going to be worth the time i spend to get a couple tka/fencer trees so i can pvp effectively.

Jester, they've already said that defense mods will NOT stack after the combat balance, though it may be that melee trees will stack with other MELEE trees, and ranged with ranged... but melee trees will not stack with ranged tree defenses.

What will tissues be like after the weapon/combat balance? i.e. Will you still need 11 tissues to create a T21 rifle? Or will it turn into a flat number of tissues per weapon?

1. What do we need nerfed for? all you need to do to kill a rifleman is kd
2. could you pls try to make cover/concealment useful in PvP?
3. you need to either lower ham cost or increase damage, either is fine
4. tell other poeple to stop bitching about rifleman
5. what's wrong with giving rifleman more def vs blind?

The point is that the Devs thought they would be useful when 2 prone sharpshooters are going against each other. Those shots are in Counter-Sniping right? Anyways, no one cares since prone is quite the no-no in PvP

or a vehicle mounted E-Web on a modified X34A GunSpeeder. where i can stand in the former passenger seat and fire the E-Web.
