11. Why do we have +40 (or so) at 60m with a laser rifle, and then -50 at 64m? Will ranage modifiers be reviewed in the new balances?
It may just be wishful thinking, but you could you manage to ask about the E-11 going (back?) to Heat damage? I might just use it then...
And along with the Cover/Sneak/Block issue, please address the specials like Startle and Surprise shots.

/agree with the summation, nothing more to add, just a couple tweaks:
1. xaverrijade7 mentioned E11 damage type as heat, please edit #3 to include this.
2. your #10 refers to broken skills and the plans for them in the future for them, i also think a reason as to what the thought process was in creating them...which ties into #9 (invisibility) needs to be provided. Were sneak/cover meant to be used solely as PvE skill only? Isn't it time to re-vamp them due to increased demand on PvP skills?
Sidenote first: E-11's were never heat. The CARBINES were, but the rifles weren't (as far as I know).
I agree with Klaw's questions, but I gotta add a few
1) Melee are supposedly getting a way to "close the gap" on ranged classes, to prevent Kiting. This will be a passive bonus, requiring no activation (ie: running faster w/ melee weapon). Will we get a way to "keep the gap" that doesn't require skill points and isn't on a timer? Suppersion shot works, sometimes, but it takes 14 SP and is on a timer. I believe that it should be moved to ALL NOVICE ELITE classes (novice rifle/pistol/carbine) and have the timer removed/changed (3-6 secs?).
2) Is startle shot supposed to be crappier than Flushing shot? Same damage, same posture change, no stun??? A suggestion: lower the damage to 3x or 3.5x (for startle2) and change it to posture DOWN. Higher in tree = better skill no?.
Sorry to double post but had a brainstorm
3) What is the state of our melee penalty?? Many tests (see Selfyn/Silverlobo) have indicated you get hit LESS OFTEN with a rifle equiped than with vibroKnucklers or unarmed. We are supposed to be easier to hit by melee, right? Is this intentional or is it a bug? And what is the state of the 2.5x damage multiplier, as many rifleman (the higher level ones at least) are in favor of it being returned, in one form or another?
