Haha, another rifle guy is upset that I have made a statement asking for a nerf. You have told me told me to shut up and take it, well I am not going to shut up and take it. Ruin the fun, yes I am ruining the fun of this game ,and for your side note , if the DEVs are going to slip up and overpower another profession you can bet I will **edit** up a storm also. So if you just roll over and let these bug's/features unbalance the game you have 2 decisions, join them or complain about them. I like to complain.
Yes there are alot of things that are not fair, and well just ignoring them is the biggest problem.
I do see the over all picture, and I dont want any proffesion nerfed to worthless condition, but the way Rifleman is now, every other ranged combat profession is worthless. Take a look around, more riflemen than any other profession are being used. I dont want any profession to be worthless, but giving power to just one profession over the others is not good also. Constructive is what my previous post has been, I have stated the poor balance between other ranged professions. As for "the the make your own profession better" is a scapegoat defense for the power riflemen do have.
The creature handler nerf was necessary, you could take a few skill boxes and have has much power as a master creature handler. I was a master ranger for 4 mos. So yes I have played some gimped professions. I dont like tomake many nerf calls , but rifleman needs it. As a master carbineer I can defeat a level 95 difficult mission in 3-5 minutes, I have seen a master Rifleman defeat a level 90 mission in20 sec's. This I am not lying about and when this is brought to any riflemans attention you get the stock phrase," Get your own class fixed." Well BS, So I am making a stink about this.
And currently the dev's are making rifleman even more powerfull , blast damage rifles, good bye commando yet another profession that is elimated by the rifleman profession.

Why the nerf-whiners feel so compelled to destroy others' gaming experience is beyond me. Every single profession unlucky enough to occasionally knock off such an inept fool in P v P can look forward to weeks of sustained weeping. Just shut up already. Take your third-chromosome nonsense to someone else's board.

Does the PSG ofter protection to a allready protected damage type?
I thought it did not. I have tried the PSG's and the results are marginaly better.

As a master carbineer, and fan of PVP in starwars galaxies , I do use my head in pvp, but My post states what a carbineer can do to a rifleman. I could maybee beat a rifleman 2 times out of 10. Now I would be understanding of this if there was another situation or that rifleman could be defeated, but as it is pistoleer is hard presses to defeat riflemen, bounty hunter is also no-contest against you, commando is no contest against you, So is riflemen the end game of the shooting classes? I hope not. Riflmen have way too many advantages, Hi-damage output and the best defenses of all the ranged classes.
Let me state this , if the rifleman is working whyare the majority of the players using rifle? Is the class really working or is it that you can beat almost anything in the game therefore attracting the competitive type people from other professions?
I was a pistoleer when they nerfed the pistol melee defense, at first I was upset there was a timer placed on this attack, but when i look back , pistol whipping Teras kasi Master's 2 at a time and winning was just wrong.
Do I want stuff to work , Yes! Is beating all the other ranged classes in every situation working? I would say no. So rifleman became popular when they had the horrible melee defense bug and got a beefy speed boost. The orginal master riflman had it bad, the rest of the Nuevo-Rfile club are spoiled by the over improved class. The unfortunate thing about this is riflemen need a few tweeks to make them fit in, but the rifle community is High on thier new found power.

Working? The rifle class is not working, It has the most damage per second and the most defenses of all ranged weapon classes. SO WHY WOULD YOU PLAY ANY OTHER CLASS? And yet I am supposed to believe that it is working.
So pistoleer has the lowest DPS , and thier defenses are miniscule compared to rifle. ( ranged defense is way more powerfull than any secondary defense skill; ie dodge )

Now I see why you called me jealous when I questioned the integrity of a T21 with 938 max damage un-pup'd. You are the type of person that bothers me the most in this game. If someone brings up a concern, whether it is legitimate or not, whether it is an actual problem or not, youtell them they are crying and they are losers. Well yes sir Mr. Tough Guy. Heaven forbid someonestands up to try to change something they feel is unjust. I'll agree that there are people out there that complain way too much, there definitely are. No, you certainly exist -- as a brainless, blustering moron. Learning how to spell "Chromosome" would present a better rebuttal to my argument. But that might require, like, a dictionary, and it would be better to "nerf" your betters with a swift lobotomy than to take that one extra step, right?
You have provided nothing other than spectacularly stupid blather, shallow lamentations of some unquantifiable and highly subjective "superiority" of our "master class".

Hey losing is part of any game, and in general take my lumps and my deathblows, but when one class is excelling over the others I take note. An for you to deny the power of the rifle class and then to dish out personal attacks when some one wants to discuss this makes you a PUNK., and one with a large vocabulary. So yes I did not spell chromosome correctly but I can spell BUSTED.

I have seen master Riflemen defeat level 90 and higher missions in under 20 seconds.

The best offensive skills coupled with the best defensive skills of ALL ranged classes.

Speed is way too much for the damage types you deal out.

Ranged deathblows at every second, no one has a chance to heal any one in pvp.

Accuracy that is so good they can hit on the move. Riflemen have no accuracy while moving skill while many off the other class have this skill and yetr riflemen hit more often while moving. Not enough penalty for moving.

The 92 points spent on mastering rifleman in the as is condition.
I am not making a total nerf call, but some tweaks are needed. As of right now there is no need for any of the other ranged combat classes.

And more confirmation that you do not, in fact, play this game.
What server do you play on? And do you PVP? Also do you see any other players when you are on?
I have been in groups and fought against groups that are full of riflemen.I am not talking about 3 or 4 , but 10-15 riflemen.
So look around the next time you log in. You might find a rifleman. This is not 3 months ago, when riflemen were gimped and hard to come by, this is today.
