how do you not get eaten after the first bleed tick? jump on a pet or bike and run? doesn't that take a really long time?

Any shot can cause a bleed - its pretty rare and is associated with the chance to wound on the weapon being used - this is why you occasionally get bleeds using concealed shots.

You get detected if youhit the lair.

Why did you even post if you can't answer the question? But yes as it has been said, if you conceal the lair then the NPC's will aggro on you.

Hmm...I can cover and conceal shot multiple shots without breaking cover. Took a test drive of my new cyber arms and using my pets to pull the targets I postioned myself 80m away. Took cover and concealed shot several different targets. If I was out of range I could still crawl into range and maintain my cover . The ONLY time my cover breaks is 1. a person or pet or target gets within the cover perimeter ( not sure what that is, about 20-30m I think) or 2. If I have auto attack on using any other shot besides Conceal Shot. Once you use a different shot your cover will be broken also.

It doesn't really make sense to me what the purpose of conceal shot is being the way that it currently works. As far as damage output goes, I get a slightly less damage (about 100-200pts) than using an advanced critical shot. But if you are lucky you can only get about 2-3 shots in before being exposed.

I guess what I would like to see is a conceal shot that perhaps does far less damage (perhaps 50% less than now) but has little to no chance of revealing your position. You should also not be revealed by players in your group or their vehicles inluding your own. Otherwise, the conceal shot is just like any other special wrt the damage that it can inflict. So why not be able to use snipershot or a rooting shot while under cover? That would be another trade-off. If you could be under cover, fire off a few conceal shots, then a rooting shot and then some sniper shots until they eventually get close enough to expose you.

I find it pretty useless myself.The mob just zeroes in on me the moment I shoot.If I shoot a second time then they are right on top of me.A waste of a shot if you ask me
