I am bothan (cover +10) Mrifles/ranger 4040. I thought I would be pretty good at covering and sniping. I was in a group hunting CL79-81 worrts, dewbacks etc. I'd cover successfully (I went transparent), and did a conceal shot AFTER the tanks aggro'd the target.

When the shot hits, the mob would immediately ignore the tanks and runs right at me like I'm a glowing neon sign. What am I doing wrong?

Probally because you did more damage then the people attacking the creature.

Conceal shot only allows you to fire when concealed, once you fire your location is given away.

you can get 3 shots, you need to use a rifle that isn't all that great (as bad as that sounds) to avoid agro
