How is it not gonna help in PvP? As I said before, who doesn't wear armor in PvP? It will do more damage in PvP than any other gun, armored or not. The supposed"most powerful and only AR3 peircing gun" in the game can't out damage a laser rifle against armored targets in PvP is broken.

Try your test again with a laser rifle and T21, with and without armor. For less variance and the sake of testing, put 33% min damage powerups on both.

Aldeon, read what i just wrote above. Its the Bible. Its 100% truth. Its what everyone else in this game knows to be the truth. I dont know WHERE your getting your damage numbers from.

i just got a t21 rifle....i'm hoping when they fix it they'll update the old ones....?

BTW: If your wondering where im getting these "50% less damage" attributes.. it works like this.

The damage that is displayed in your chat log is the damage before armor reduction. The number that appears above the enemies head is the damageafter AP vs AR.

Thus, whenI say my DLT20a was doing 50% less damage against an armored opponent I mean that when my chat log displayed a hit of 500 damage, i was only doing 250 over-head damage.

WhenI say my laser rifle was doing +50% damage to an unarmored opponent I mean that when my chat log displayed a 1000 damage hit, i was doing 2000 damage over-head.

When I say my laser rifle was doing full damage to an armored opponent I mean that when my chat log displayed a 1000 damage hit, i was doing 800-1000 (depending on how much the 'extra' armor protection kicked in for).

These are all the basics of combat damage. You can ask pretty much anyone and they can verify this.

Provide me with screen shots, becuase I have just tested with both a E11, and a Laser rifle, and both on un armored people, acted as AR0. I will take a screen shot for you , but right now were abotu to head out to do a raid. I will host it, and post it here.

If you have any further question on how armor and armor peircing work id be glad to explain it to you in the forum or in PM's.

The basic point is this:

T-21's are doing 75% LESS damage against armored AND unarmored opponents than they would be doing if they were AP:3. This applies to both monsters AND players. Period. End of discussion. End of story.

BTW: when you get in game check out what damage your Laser Rifle is doing. You said its not energy. I say you smoked a bit too much crack today

Again, provide me with screen shots, becuase I have tested this before patch, after patch. And still on un-armored people, you will see no bonus.

I think this has been stated, "The actual damage is shown above your targets head". I bet your looking at your log.

No Im looking above the head, this will be my last post, becuase we just left are hall, please provide screen shots proving im wrong, I will provide my own when I get back, and I will also provide another persons who showed me this bug.

None of us need to provide screen shots. Its been proven 100's of times on these forums and pretty much anyone that has fired a gun in-game more than 3 times knows how AR vs AP works. You can walk up to anyone in the game and ask them, they will tell you just as i have.

Im interested in seeing these pictures of yours. If they DO show same damage with a laser rifle against an unarmored target.. im going to say its an edited picture or youve got a private bug.

As i said before, my PA is 100% PvP. I spend 2 hours day PvPing. I KNOW what weapons do.

The Jawa Ion Rifle is AR1, and shoul receive a 25 percent bonus.

But Ill still be taking a SS with my E11, the girl who had the Laser Rifle, logged forgot to ask her to let me keep it temp. So ill get that one tommorow, but for now E11 will do when I get the SS.
