It depends on if you have CH and how you play. If you're one of those people that can handle killing the same mob over and over for 10 hours straight with noone else there and you have a high HAM pet then you can do it very fast. That said you can level pretty much anything quickly if you can stand being bored out of your mind or find grinding enjoyable.
Maybe there is some magic leveling spot that I've not heard of, but unless this is true it still takes a while to master rifleman.
ive been striving for master rifleman since beta. i coulda prolly cranked up my skills early inthe game, but i was having too much fun PvPing before they destroyed it. now im guessing 6 months before i make master rifleman.
hunting in a group id a huge problem. i usualy get around 3-4 hundred xp from biznatches, rancors, anything, it doesnt matter. we seem to be capped at around 500 xp per killin a group.
A 3 second cap really doesn't do much to pre-masters... what it does is bring masters down to a novice level, and reading these boards on a daily basis that appears to be what alot of novices wanted... to be on par with masters. If I were a dev I'd be wondering why the novices wouldn't be cheering and dancing in the streets.. this is what many seemed to want.

I think a lot of novices wanted to be closer tomasters by moving up rather than having masters brought down.
Seflyn your right, theywanted to be uped but it bit them in their err tush... by lowing master to them instead of riasing them to master LOL.
But i do feel you for novice rifleman you got it ROUGH =( but now so will we if this gets implimented...

And as for your Rifleman/Doc combo... you ought to give up rifle and take up pistol... I've tried it your way, still am, and it still sucks at master.

I've got one that's sliced for 1.5 second speed natural... with my full +98 to rifle speed, are you going to gimp me to one shot per three seconds?
I will try my best to not give up, if the 3 sec nerf comes and damage does not increase then i might choose a differant route, of the 6 characters I have across 6 servers they all ended up being rifleman scouts

i was doc/pistol before AE KD patch went to doc/rifle right away
I must agree rifle is the hardest class to level but when mastered... boy, pistol never came close. who needs KD when you can take out entire group in2-4 volleys of advanced strafe lol and sniper shot? 64m range deathblow - total ownage inbase defence and whatnot.I am loving rifle even with 2.5 idiotic melee bonus and pets inta killing me in pvp and 99% misses while moving at less than 30ish meters - it still rocks. If you feel rifle is weak and you have not reached master yet - get master and own. If you are a master and still think rifle is weak the only answer right now would be a commando or ever popular bh/pistol bh/carabinelol
