Mind can be buffed well above the other buffs, but that takes preperation, and allot neglect to do that. However its not healable wich is why the complaints remain

riflemen in pvp is working fine in my opinion, i would however like to see more DOT Rifles and even crapy ones not worth millions of credits, i also think that they need to fix the block issue, why is it that a jedi's block works but ours doesnt (yes i know there different but they share the same word and it makes me mad) as cradossk said, we need better melee accuracy meaning that the melee player shouldnt be able to dodge or counter attack a shot wich is comming so fast that there is no way in hell they could possibly dodge it but yet a master fencer with COB macro/dodge food/0004 in tka with the defencive acuity is godly to us, they should have a modifier that makes them easyer to hit, i wouldnt even mind if they could close range faster if i could hit them more often....... cant think of any thing else but when i do you better believe i will post it hehe, feels good to have a corespondant again, sad to hear you dont pvp it is fun but riflemen is fun in pve also

I've already suggested this in the thread Guru has for the summit.


As for Block. I've also made a suggestion in regards to that in the same thread. It's my understanding that Block currently isn't working as properly as it should. Namely that it doesn't activate as often as it would seem it should.

Block isnt nearly as usefull as counterattack or dodge, so the frequency of it appearing should be much much higher. If we were to go in cover perhaps, it acts a bit like center of being, that kind of increasing rate?

If Block works Id be happy, dont know about it happening more often. (Ya well Fencers have +105 dodge lol) I can see taking melee defense out, I did PvP without a Melee profession, I was Riflemen/SL for the longest, and every melee fighter that got to me kicked me around like a toy.

(Waste ask for a Kinetic and Blaster rifle )

I understand why they took kenetic away, but Blast would be nice. Lots of stuff are resistant to energy, our primary attacks. Blast would be cool. Is the Beserker rifle blast?

-Mind Pool is a problem for non-fish, and non-humans.

-2 Half digested Aresia and Brandy will solve that one. If Pvping make sure to pop a synthsteak while at it.

- Rifles will beat any melee prof any day with the right use of other secondary skills.

- Intimidate. Breaks dodge/counterattack/block, aswell as reduces Ranged and melee defences.
- DoT's. If you understand how to stack your DoT's life will become much simpler. Once the Intimidate has beed landed switch to a gun that has a DoT on it and proceed with Flushing Shots and Flurry Shots. They will be too buzy cureing your do to worry about the states that are on them, now you have the advantage.
- Once the Dot's have been applied reach for your trusty T21 and strafe them5-7 times to insure that you have blown one if not 2 of their psg's. Switch to your Jawa (i sugguest you invest in a 400+ max dam) and head shot him until dead.
-Rinse & Repeat

- Other Prof's to assits a rifle template.

Master Rifle/Tka 0004/doc 4030- You can heal all staes that are on you with a looping heal macro. With the dfencive aquity from Tka + the extra ranged and melee defence youll be far harder to hit, and if you have a Pikkota PIe in you when you get hit your block will fire almost always. AND YOU HAVE INTIMIDATE! This is usually used more effectively in grou battles

Master Rifle/doc 4340/Pistoller 0040. You can buff yourself moderatly well aswell as cure states. Ithe the added state defences from the Trickshot line in pistoller you will be much more effective in 1v1 battles.

-Tools

Get yourself Dots, a good T21(over 620max) and a good jawa(over 400 max). these will be vital to your wins, all the skills in the world arent going to help if you are dealing 45 damage. Get a stun chestplate and helm(try to slice near 90% base) and get yourself the right food. Areasia, Vesarian brandy, Muon Gold, Synthsteak, Thankollia(spelling)<---- For KD defence, and a crate of Bivoli.

I'm sure i'll come up with more templates to help the riflemen out, but for right no those are very effective.

Are Secondary defenses (Block/CounterAttack/Dodge) still working when the target is incapped?

I remember firing Snipershot at someone 5-6 times and missing lol
