and the camoflauge kit

Is it just me, or can you see yourself on Tantooine invisible to the naked eye, well until you blink, then they can see your eyes.

Rambo II anyone?

I'm so glad to see this. After the terrible handling of the T21 nerf I was really losing hope for this game, and then this...

After this, I'll only be 50% useless (I'm a ranger / rifleman)

God this was a very pleasant surprise to see after getting home from work.

Glad to see the developers listening to us, and a big thanks to Mineras and the rest of the Ranger Community for being so dedicated and helpful.

So glad I stuck with Ranger now... now we just have to wait.

SolrFlare,

The PvP application of most of these skills is very limited, with the exception of Tracking potentially. More can be done. At the very least, Advanced Trapping should work on pets. I also still maintain that a higher class of personal Conceal should be granted to remove the Ranger from radar until he/she attacks limited with a significant reuse timer like 10 or 15 minutes.

The changes are nice, but they're largely PvE in nature and I think many would like to see a little more PvP orientation added to the profession.

Great feedback!

It's nice to see that a lot of the suggestions presented by players through our correspondant have been heard. I'm sure it will take a while to get all of this accomplished, but it will certainly be worth it once you get it all working. I look forward to re-training my ranger skills in the near future!

Wow, excellent feedback from the Devs.

Just a quick question. The Bioscience tree that is getting changed to Tracking, is it still going to use general Scouting XP? Or are you going to require a new type of Tracking XP to proceed through that skill?

Wonderful news! I just got to work, sat down to begin the daily grind, thought "Hmmm, maybe I'll just *check* the ranger board just in case..." (Knowing of course that I would find nothing new...).

WOW WOW WOW

Thank you!! I feel vindicated...I am so happy that I decided to stick with Ranger because I enjoyed the concept and the RP possibilities...now I and the other loyal rangers have a headstart on the soon-to-be flood of rangers. Because there will be a flood with these changes, but thats okay...just take pride in knowing you were one of the originals.

Thank you Holo and the rest, you've renewed my faith in this game

This is GREAT news and as a 4/3/4/4 Ranger, soon-to-be Master Ranger, I am very excited!

I do have one concern though. My concern is that other characters will dabble in ranging simply for the tracking and that will make the Master Ranger entirely useless. I would suggest making Master Rangers at least 50% more effective at tracking than those that just go up the tracking line.
