I need to correct myself here. A 0040 scout, or master scout grouped with a novice ranger WILL outharvest the novice ranger by 1.3% and 4.6% respectively.

No thats a fact dariane. You are not penalised, you are simply in 'normal' mode harvesting at 100% mode. Grouping should always be encouraged so yes a solo player should never be more effective than a group. In this situation in regards to harvesting you get a bonus if you group to encourage the playstyle, if you dont, you go on like normal.
The ISSUE regarding other templates harvesting more than a master ranger is exactly that: AN ISSUE. Treat it like that dont blitz the concept of group encouragement just because one set up was wrong or not what you liked.

Well, if this abrupt lack of harmony is what we get, when we get a little love from the DEVs, then I prefer to leave all as it is. 
I have never seen the Ranger Forum getting so emotional. Ok mayby I just missed the threads.
Please be kind to each other we all love this game and we all are very emotional with our own playstyle and everything that affects it, but we should try to keep it to a minimum if we discuss here.
I was shocked at first but after thinking about it I realised that it won't hurt me as much as I thought at first.
I hope I don't get misunderstood too much.

No worries Nastz... I've made my decision to ignore a few posters completely...
And I will not speak out so much anymore.
I'll just wait and see what will happen.
If MR goes the wrong path for me (no more fun), I'll probably go for BE or something in combination with CH....

The idea got shot down for a reason, it wont acomplish anything, get a clue.
This is the sort of attitude im getting at and is pissing alot of people off. You are trying to 'win' a non-competetive discussion. Im not sure what has happened to this forum in the last week but a few people are realy start to get to me because they are treating a normal discussion as a competition (oh this is more popular so its more relevant, oh im the minority so im not being heard crap). Get a grip and stop the crap its realy not acomplishing anything but fueling the flames (yes this is a flame).
This is not about numbers, it about views. I dont give a crap how many people sign up to one ideal or how little one group of opinions are. This is about providing feedback to the devs and putting forward suggestions, they have the end say and everyone has a right to be heard. If you treat discussions like competitions then expect to be flamed.
Im realy get sick of this.
