its a good way to make money depending on whats in demand for resources, along with tracking. most of all you can make the money and have fun at the same time, by hunting. Also areatrack on players is a good way to freak out your guildmates in the guild player city lol.

I will. It will be a couple of weeks though. I am esentually wiping my skills and starting again. So, I will be doing combat and scout/ranger at the same time. I do appreciate the offer.

On flurry- Dath Carnivore meat is in rare form this week..so the chefs put out
a going rate of 30cpu. Myself and friends gathered 220k in two days..netting
over 6 million creds for about 10hours work.
So yes. It's way worth it.

If I hadn't bought so many stupid starships and helped out half my guild with buying stuff...
I guesstimate I would have 16 million credits, give or take.

You know if that meat will be still be good for a few days yet? (dont know much about resource shifts and stuff.)
oh, and yes ranger is worth it. not like it takes tons of cash to make master.

gathered 100k of meat in about 2 hours it will do 30-40 cpu definetly worth it

I'm half-way through my Ranger skillboxes (2/2/2/3)and really enjoying it. I prefer the solo/PvE aspects of the game, so i get to pick up contracts for meats/hides etc and earn some dosh to spend on new weapons/armour/spaceships etc. While i'm hunting invariably you need heals, new traps, camps and stuff so I'm always dropping a camp.......get to sing some tunes & get ready for the next lair/mission.
There's definately some good money to be made, and now with loot revamp even more options to make some extra cash!!
If it's all about cash for you and you hate crafting then this is the gig!!

i love ranger as well. i haven't sold any of my harvests yet.... i'm planning on opening a ranger shop sometime in the future with a heck of a lot of everything to do with creatures. right now i'm living on endor harvesting leathery hide... its something like 950 mal, 940 OQ and 730 SR. i'm hoping it sells pretty good. i've been able to get between 15k-20k a buff session so its going well.

Dath carn is where its at for now (ie combat rebalance). I netted 1.5 mil units in one spawn at 35 cpu. Needless to say I was set up for a while and completely floored the 2 chefs I sold it too...
