However from reports here on the ranger boards, people have noticed improvements in success vs failure rates when they increase their camo mods. And what about the "diminished returns?"
See, if our modifiers don't go over +25 as a bonus, then wouldn't that confirm or at least strengthen the percentile theory? Diminished returns applies to many modifiers, but not experimentation, and our camo modifier determines the amount of experimentation points we use with our camo kits, so I am very confused about this whole situation.
Bug:Lately whilst harvesting I have been unable to harvest on occassion. Sporadically, I can't harvest or loot a corpse but really haven't been able to figure out what causes this - it seems quite random
Bug: Harvest droids not stacking with group bonus, instead they harvest less.
Bug: Flash Bomb trap has no debuff icon/timer and targets can be retrapped before effectruns out (probly because no debuff icon)
Bug: Sonic Pulse trapcan be spammed for increasinly more xp per trap landed.
Bug:Examine is not working (doesnt show resists or extra creature data such as specials etc).
Bug:Areatrack often returns spurious results or misses creatures in plain sight.
Bug:Creature to hit bonuses do not appear to affect the base chance to hit creatures.
Bug:The laser fence in the camps are inoperative, and have been since day 1. Creatures can and will wander in to fight.
Bug: Adhesive Mesh traps are not rooting.
Bug: Sonic Pulse traps are not affecting any creatures but the one they are thrown at.
Bug: Camo Kits being applied remove buff icons from the character's HAM.
Bug: Creatures on Kashyyyk are not making Camo or Mask Scent checks before attacking.
Bug: Creature Harvesting skill tapes are not increasing the amount harvested.
Bug: Rescue is not working. /Peace is no longer in the game, and that was made a requirement.
Bug: Some NPCs show up in areatrack under the animal category
Bug: Forage never finds unique and interesting items (should find crystals and flawless pearls on the ground around the nightsisters and krayts, I think... NEVER as a loot drop)
Bug: Sou can camo people over long distances and from other planets.
Bug: Serrain does not update correctly when you drop a camp (low priority).
Bug: Shuttles, droids, at-sts, and some npcs show up under areatrack as 'creatures' and not 'people'
Bug: Crates of traps are described as "a crate of electronic components"

BUG: Some "creatures" appear not to be creatures for purposes of trapping. (Personally witnessed this with a nest of Diseased Bocatts on Tatooine) Attempting to throw a trap at these creatures results in the system message "This trap can only affect creatures" or similar. In addition, as mentioned elsewhere, these "creatures" cannot be harvested for animal resources.
(Also witnessed with rockmites, I believe, but I wasn't keeping track then.)

I too have been getting this randomly.
I thought perhaps I was personally bugged, but it is the lairs. Last night no one could harvest if the creatures had a base of 0 and damage of 0-0. And no one could trap. In fact I could predict if the lair was viable for scouting/trapping XP before one volley was fired just by examining the creatures.
Someone in an earlier thread thought it might be an issue with closeness to towns, but it's not. We were nowhere near any zoning for towns.
It's not a particular creature either. It has happened on nearly every type of creature I've hunted recently. It's hard enough to get trapping/scouting XP (to cash in at the village) but now this bug is driving me crazy. Especially when the group won't abort the mission. LoL
Even though this BUGS me, I guess it has to be classified as an ISSUE.
I spend more time trying to get my harvesting droid to 'stay' or 'follow' than I do harvesting. Here I am concentraing to killing and watching my HAM bars, typing 'h' after every kill then waiting a split second before locking on to the next target and after I finish a lair, I haven't harvested squat because my droid has wandered off about 100m. I don't remember this ever happening before the CU. I now end up yelling 'stay' or 'follow' about twice as much as 'harvest' while taking out a lair.
Camo Icon, after camo or mask scent wares off the icon stays active for quite some time.
I use camo all the time, and keep an eye on my icon to inform me when to reapply it. As it stands now if I miss the system message, I have no clue if the camo/maskscent is still active or not. This is not an issue, but would to be to hard to code a timer on camo ? Similar to the timer on the Entertainer buff icon. It would be nice to kow if you only got 45 seconds left on camo, before ya jump into battle.
