Sonic Pulse traps do not effect other creatures anymore. So, another quarter of the Ranger trapping tree becomes less useful.

ffs this happens random and repetable when it happens.. while trapping CREATURES! ![]()
this is sum ROFLMAO issue but its also anoying..

Yeah its always said that Bio. Not sure if it will ever be fixed too as its prety minor compared to our other bugs.

Just got this too on Test Center while hunting 1235m away from the ranger guild hall in Skystone. It was the second of 2 missions I got from the mission term at the hall. The first mission was fine. I made sure to /bug this, again.

I too have been getting this randomly.
I thought perhaps I was personally bugged, but it is the lairs. Last night no one could harvest if the creatures had a base of 0 and damage of 0-0. And no one could trap. In fact I could predict if the lair was viable for scouting/trapping XP before one volley was fired just by examining the creatures.
Someone in an earlier thread thought it might be an issue with closeness to towns, but it's not. We were nowhere near any zoning for towns.
It's not a particular creature either. It has happened on nearly every type of creature I've hunted recently. It's hard enough to get trapping/scouting XP (to cash in at the village) but now this bug is driving me crazy. Especially when the group won't abort the mission. LoL

I've seen this happen on almost every planet, unable to harvest from creatures. Endor comes to mind, and no towns there. IF you examine them and see nothing...don't bother killing them, you won't harvest either. This started shortly after CU, not sure which publish inflicted it upon us. Wasn't cu though.

Area effect traps only grant xp for the creature that is targeted, not each creature which is affected by the trap.

Can confirm this as checked on TC. Had state messages from 3-5 creatures, but only recieved 1 allotment of XP and that was the normal trapping award for one creature.

Not sure if this is new or not, but I deployed a HTFB from a crate and it gave me a message in spatial that said "camp:camp_master" as what I deployed. Probably just a string of code bug rather than a name problem, but thought I should mention it nonetheless.

Idk if this is just extremely bad luck or a bug....I was out with a couple jedi friends on tat harvesting as they killed krayts, I set up a HTFB and a krayt spawned right inside.....I thought ok bad luck....I did it again about an hour later when one of them had to go afk....TWO krayts spawned inside....At this point....I left. They mightve been able to cloak....but I only have camo kitsand they wear off....anyone else have this problem?

Probably just rampant spawning, seeing as depending on where you're hunting on Bloodfin they get pretty excessive with the Krayts. Were you near the graveyard or outside Korolev/Jabbas? Seeing as being near the graveyard would constitute an odd bug that might do with the camps, but if it's near korolev random spawns then it's probably just bad luck. Not like I've tested this, but I set up a HTFB earlier on tonight near the graveyard and didn't have any trouble with them spawning near me.

yep the camp bug made it to live...don't exploit it my brothers and sisters...but what did you really expect.
